beautiful shoes but did not fit. Tight across the top and my heel slips out.

I wear a 7-1/2 narrow usually, but the recommended size listed was a 7, so I ordered a 7 narrow. I'm a big fan of Naturalizer shoes, but the fit of this one was just off. I had read reviews on Zappos but thought that ordering a narrow would solve the loose-heel issue that many complained of. It did not. Even in the 7, I walked right out of it. The color is appealing and I love the patent leather, but I immediately boxed them back up for return.

I loved these shoes, and they fit great across my toes, but the shoe felt short. The heels are heavy and kept slipping off when I walked.

The style is pretty clunky, but I had planned to wear them with slacks. They are really comfy, but my feet slide down into them and I walk out of them. Unfortunately, I wore them before realizing this, so I'm stuck with them, and because of the style, neither of my daughters wants them. Oh well.

Shoe fit okay. I wasn't in love with the way it looked on my foot.

Was looking for a much softer shoe

As others said, the 8 1/2 fit, but had huge heal slippage. The 8 was too tight in the toes, but my heels still slipped. I really wanted to like these shoes. If they would fix the heel slippage I would be all in.

I love that they are leather, very cute and light weight. The patent leather did not look smooth nor durable. I had to go down a half size but the heel still slipped and toe box was on the tight side.

I typically wear an 8 wide in Naturalizer but the past few times I ordered that brand in an 8W, they were too big. So, this time I ordered a 8W AND as well as a 7 1/2W thinking I'd be able to compare and chose the size that fit best. BOTH the 8W and the 7 1/2W are too big. SO frustrated now. Returning both pair. This is starting to feel like an exercise in futility. Glad Zappos has free return shipping otherwise I'd be out of some big bucks. Thank you ZAPPOS!

Shoe pressed on top of foot and too much space at heel. Liked the look very much, just not sure I could find a size that fits me.

These are definitely cute little shoes. But the fit is just off. The shoe is quite narrow and I do not have a wide foot at all. Perhaps it might have stretched a bit but then my heel easily lifts out. I didn't think a smaller size would do the trick given the narrow design so I just returned them.

I'm typically a 7.5 -8 medium width. I ordered 8 medium width. These shoes were extra narrow, I could hardly get my foot inside. I would have exchanged them for a wide width but my heal was rubbing on the back of the shoe, moving up and down.

Slipping out of the heel.

I’ve worn these for a whole day. Otherwise I would return them. Just too big and too stiff.

The toe box fit well but the heel cup is too wide so the heel lifts out of the shoe. It is a shame to return because they are beautiful shoes. Bought similar style from Comfortiva instead

Ordered 10 W - looks great, fits a bit snug across foot with medium weight socks, but has heel slippage. Returning them due to that. (Received in “repackaged” state and the person who had them before me had a cat as evidenced by the hair on the heels.)

These were nice looking but not that comfortable. They are a bit heavy which makes walking in them cumbersome. I had to return.

All OK EXCEPT the heel is way too wide

Great looking shoe and I so wanted it to work but the heel is too wide. I could make it work with heel inserts but the lug sole is just a bit too heavy. Walk right out of them. Have to return.
