I ordered my usual size and these are a little big on me but I fixed that with inserts. Very attractive shoe and well made.

Love these. The 9 is too big in the heel and bc I loved them so much I ordered an 81/2 to try. I typically take a 9 or 91/2. The 81/2 is just a bit to tight in the toe box. So bummed these are beautiful shoes.

Ordered wide width and pleased with how the toe box is sized. I usually am an 8.5 or 9. Ordered 8.5 in this case. My heel slips on one side however, which is annoying. My main complaint is that the material on the sole is the foam material that is difficult to clean; I haven't worn these outside at all, but I've gotten a little dirt from the office floor on the side of the sole and it doesn't just wipe off. Because the sole is so chunky and big, it just makes any bit of dirt on there very obvious. Will likely clean off with water, but while I'm in the office, it'd be nice just to be able to quickly wipe off a smudge with a tissue or whatever is on my desk.

Fit was good, wore all day on the first wear with nylons and my little toe was sore at the end of the day but that's not surprising. I think they'll be fine after they're a little more broken in.

I love these shoes so much but had the heel slip issue. I tried in 2 sizes still slipped. What seems to be working is thick socks worn inside out so smooth side is against my heel not the shoe AND a pad directly on my heel. Hope this tip works for someone else. :)

Had to put pads on the back of the heels to prevent heel pop. Otherwise very comfortable. I have tried many different brands of loafers and this is the only style of shoe that I struggle with heel popping.

These are the best of a few similar styles I tried, but the fit is slightly odd. I opted to size down and change to a wide width, which I've never needed before, and that helped. Still, the shoes feel slightly long. But I think/hope I can remedy that with an insert. My advice is to order a few different sizes, if you find that fit is a problem.

I wanted to love these because they are so cute in the photos. It’s obviously a well made, high quality shoe. The leather outer is just stiff enough to give it good structure. If I had decided to keep them I think they would have been a long wearing shoe. However they looked clunky on my size 9 feet. Across the top of my foot they were just a tiny bit too wide (I have an average width foot), and every time I would take a step, they made an embarrassing sound, like air being expelled from places we shall not discuss. I feel like once the leather softened a bit, the sound would probably have stopped. I’ve bought this brand before and will continue to do so in the future!

Nice shoe but a little plainer look than I was looking for. Fit was pretty good, leather soft, they were very light weight.

I ordered an 8.5 W because of a wide forefoot, especially after surgery. Unfortunately, my heel kept slipping out, even with medium weight trouser socks on. Back to Zappos they go. =(

Very nice, but they kept pulling the ped down at the heel. Guess you have to wear socks with loafers. :(

Nice quality leather but a tad tight through the toe box (for me). Loved the style and heel height and am sad that they don't fit the bill. :(

Had to return, but really liked the style of the shoe. They were to big and really wide in my heel.
