It slipped in the heel, otherwise I liked the fit.

These shoes are really cute and the sole is just right to wear with boot cut jeans. Unfortunately, the heel is loose and my foot kept slipping out. Had to send them back.

These run large and sadly I couldn't find a size that would work. I'm usually a 9-9.5. The 9 was way too large and the 8.5 was a bit too snug. The insole felt cushioned and comfortable and I loved the height of the heel and lug sole.

Shoes are super cute and good quality but had to return due to slippage at heel. I really wanted to keep them but so tired of blisters on back of heels from shoes slipping. Therefore gave a 2 star comfort rating.

The size was fine because I am a true 7 with Naturalizer but did not like the look of the all grey. Maybe for a younger person, I'm turning 71.

I usually wear a Naturalizer 9N. I ordered the 9M and they were way too long. The width seemed ok. I exchanged for an 8.5M. Still about a half size too big. I will try again with the 8M then I'm giving up. They're cute and comfy. I hope I can find the right size for me.

I adore these shoes!!!! I wish they worked for me, but the size is wonky. I have wide-ish feet. If there’s a wide, I get 9.5w and if not, I go up a half of a size to a 10, and I’m fine. These are the first wide-width shoes I’ve ever tried that are too narrow (and I’m 49 years old). I immediately thought maybe I was accidentally sent the regular width? But no. The wide isn’t wide (and my feet aren’t terribly wide!). I would’ve liked to try a half-size up, but I don’t think that would work either because my right heel was lifting slightly in the 9.5, so the 10 would be too long. The heel lifting isn’t a complaint for me; I would totally keep the shoe if it fit comfortably! I only mention it because it’s the reason I can’t just size up.

Oh how I wish these had fit! They were such a cute pair of trendy shoes. They were so comfortable but even going down a size I walked right out of them. Nothing could keep the heel from just slipping right off. Unfortunately, I have wide feet but a narrow heel and these heels were WIDE. I tried the Desi as well with the same problem.

These shoes are stylish and just what I wanted for work this summer. Unfortunately, they run big by about half a size and I had to return them.

The size was ok but I have a very wide foot with a high instep and high arch, size 7.5 EEE and sometimes WW or W depending on the brand. My foot's been changing lately and got these in a 7.5 C. They were wide enough but not really deep enough. So the vamp cut across the top of my foot and I think I may have torn the stitching of one just trying it on. I removed the footbed (it is not being removable) and will try a thinner one of my own after I get the shoe repaired. My job requires a lot of walking despite it being business professional dress and I'm hoping I can wear these for at least a half day at work.

You will definitely want to order at least a 1/2 size smaller, and the heel is a bit wide.  I did get the smaller size and, with foot pads, I was able to make them fit nicely.
