I use these shoes for basic trails and mostly walking. They are stable, light and super comfortable. Always a fan of speed goat 5s!!

I bought this shoe for work, and wow I forgot I was wearing shoes, and that's hard to do in my line of work ( on my feet for 12-14 hours a day). My best shoe purchase this year.

I struggle A LOT with running/walking/hiking shoes. First, I have wide feet. Second, I am exceptionally prone to blisters. Like, ridiculously prone. A pair of flip flops can give me blisters. I got the Speedgoats for some light hiking, and have been slowly breaking them in and bracing for blisters -- there's a bit of rubbing around my ankle bone, but that's it! No other blisters so far! They're very comfy and I like the bright colors.

This shoe is light and comfortable, and has propelled me to the trail. Cushioning is great and shoe dries quickly after getting wet. I'm not a big distance runner, but I needed a shoe that helps protect my knees and keeps me stable through mud, roots and stones, and then on dry trails during dry summer months. Hugely impressed by this shoe's comfort and grip for my needs. I purchased this model because my street running Hoka style have served me well. Great investment!

While still an excellent shoe, these Speedgoats are not as cushioning as my last pair. Also, the interior stitching of the shoe is not flat. Finally, I really dislike shoes that don't have a finger ring at the heel to help with putting on the shoe. The small "tab" at the heel of these shoes is not nearly as useful as a ring.

I run on trails near my house every week and love this shoe.

They are cut too high around the ankle, bad purchase, i wore them outside to try and had sore feet the next day. Did not feel right about returning since the bottoms got dirty. do not by without trying on, very disappointed.

These sneakers are everything. After having 2 babies these shoes have saved my feet and joints when I run outdoors. I love hokas and can't live without them. These are great for road running and hiking even with the vibram soles.

Super comfy shoes! I was not looking for style, because honestly, Hoka's are pretty ugly. They're obnoxiously wide and big, but that's what makes them so comfortable. I'm a surgical technologist, so I'm on my feet in the operating room all day long. I bought two pairs; one for the hospital and one for walking. Both pairs are super comfortable and didn't really have a break in period. Highly recommend!

I love it. Used it right away at a hike. The socks though i bought was too long (even though i picked the right women size. But overall, the size of the shoes, color and comfort is good.

I use them for walking and foot doctor's approval. I reduced the amount of time I walk on city concrete sidewalk. Hoka has helped to ease soreness in bald of my feet. My doctor have me changing the shoes every 3 months but it has been effective in helping with the foot pain. At first didn't like one pair but as I got comfortable with it, It was right for the foot I was having problem wiht.

Fit perfect my feet feel amazing when wearing them! I originally bought them to hike in, but I think I'm gonna keep them for my daily out where shoe and buy the next style up for hiking because I love them so much! I don't think I'll ever buy another brand shoe!

I love these shoes so much. They are kinda large but they feel like you are floating on a cloud.

I wore them at the #PatagoniaRun for a 42k run and they were perfect. Not only had I had little time to wear them leading up to the race, but they were my first Hoka. And everything turned out great.

These trail shoes are amazing. Fits well, comfortable in long runs on uneven terrain and no issues with blisters or hotspots.

Loving these for trail running. They offer the comfort that HOKA always has plus the added grip needed to feel secure running on different terrain

I currently use this shoe as a daily gym shoe. I have a fracture I. One of my feet that will never fully heal. The only shoe that has been able to provide enough support, shock absorption, and padding is HOKA. This is my third pair. I choose Speedgoat 5 this time for a little more grip.

I LOVE these shoes! They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned.

I have purchased several pairs of hoka brand shoes and I have never had the feeling of needing to break a shoe in. These shoes felt very hard and firm which made them uncomfortable while standing on my feet at work all day

I was not quite ready to give a review, but I keep getting emails to do so, so here we go. Overall, I think I really like the Speedgoat 5. But when I put my foot in the right shoe, the inside on the right part of the shoe feels higher, it feels really weird & bugs me. I'm waiting to see how they hold up to heavy trail use as they just don't seem super durable, but I'm hoping I'm wrong. Next time, wait for awhile before emailing for a review.

Another great shoe. Very comfortable. Helps with all of my feet issues. I am diabetic and have neuropathy in my feet. These shoes, Bondi and the Clifton keep me going!

3rd pair of Speedgoats! I am NOT a runner, but definitely an avid walker. I walk my border collie mix at least 5 miles/day in these mostly on a paved trail, but occasionally on dirt trails. Loved my first pair of Speedgoats, but the interior heel padding wore out quickly. The SG 5 has a "curved out" heel which feels as if these heels will wear a little longer. As far as how they feel...no comparison to any other shoes EXCEPT other Hoka styles. They feel GREAT. Anything that was achy...knees, balls of feet...it all feels better. The pain just goes away. Bondi 8 was also good, but a little too cushy for me. It was recommended I size up .5 which I do with every pair of Hokas I purchase. This gives a bigger toe box which seems to help plantar fasciitis.

Sleeker with out losing comfort. Excellent stability and expected Hoka comfort. I love my Hokas !

Love the amount of cushion offers. Feel like the side of the shoes could be firmer. There seems to be more give on the side of the shoes when I am on the trails than my previous speedgoat.
