Hurts the bunions on my feet. Can I return them?

Shoes fit wonderfully. Delivery was earlier than expected. This is the only way I buy new running shoes. These were a gift for my wife. We are leaving on a trip tomorrow morning. Thinking that they would be here for after we got home. Nope. Arrived today. You guys are awesome.

Every work shoe I have is a Hoka but I'm rather disappointed in this one. I still kept it but I'll go back to my usual Speedgoat. I don't know what the difference is but I'll have to look it up. This particular one is tighter (it's a wide) & seems off balance. Hoka missed the mark on this one but it happens at my expense.

I use the shoe for walking on the many trails in my retirement community. My daughter who is a runner suggested that I give them a try, I did and I love them

Love the speedgoat's. The color choices are great and feels comfortable on the trail. I guess had I had to try to see what the hue was. I still think the Mafate's are my favorite though!

I was so excited to receive my first pair of hokas! I'd heard great things from friends. When I got them, I immediately fell in love with the design and color. They look so cool, but upon wearing them around and going for a short walk, I was disappointed by how my heel felt like it was slipping out of the shoe with each step I took. The rest of the shoe fits perfectly fine, but I hate how loose the heel feels when I walk. I tried tying the laces really tight but it didn't help. I'm really unsure if sizing down would even help because the rest of the shoe fits perfectly fine.

I use the shoe for daily wear & walking. I got it as an addition to the Bondi 8's & Clifton 9's I normally wear.

I've Purchased three pair of Hokas since my podiatrist recommended them for my plantar fasciitis. All have been great. These are the best yet! The stability, as well as Grip is perfect.

So many great things about these shoes: 1) No crowded toebox 2) No seams near toes to cause pressure points 3) Nice and grippy for all terrain 4) comfortable for all around wear 5) Felt like a well broken in shoe from the get go! I hike day, 10-20 miles per day. These have been so comfortable from the moment I put them on, until I take them off following a long day in the trail. I'm happy with my purchase and motivated to order a 2nd pair in a different color!

I am not a runner, but have lower crossed syndrome and PTTDD. First time I ever put these on, I questioned if this was what walking is actually supposed to feel like. I go with the Speedgoats bc many areas near me are uneven, muddy, rocky, etc. I'm able to keep my balance and am not in pain daily. If it is your first time buying Hokas, I'd suggest going into a store (if possible) just to see how they fit. I typically wear a size 10, but wear a 9.5 in hokas.

I wouldn't buy any other shoe. Running, trails, hiking, walking !!

I've worn the version 2-4 shoes for several years now and they saw some serious terrain. Don't love how the new ones fit! They are a little longer in length compared to the old, and I felt less stable with the all mesh top. The old versions had some sort of reinforcement web in the top. Also, they don't come up as high on your ankle which feels less stable on uneven terrain. I've rolled my ankle a few times. Not a total wash but the old design was spot on.

So comfortable. Worth every penny

My last Speedgoats were the 3's and I really liked them. I decided to pick up the 5's hoping to see some improvements, or at least continued quality. One thing I noticed immediately was the change in the tongue of the shoe, with an integrated attachment inside. You would think this would be super helpful, but for me it wasn't. Most times I put my foot in, the tongue wanted to bunch towards the toe even if I held onto it. Then, because there is no really hook at the back it's difficult to pull it back. I think I've been spoiled by other sneakers where there is a heel loop on the back so you can grab there. Anyway, I got past that on one foot, but for some reason on my right foot that inner fabric that's meant to attach the tongue keeps smashing on my pinky toe. Super annoying. I can get past all of that, but what I can't get past is the amount of heel slipping I have in these shoes. No matter how I tie the shoes I find that my heel on my back foot is almost lifting out of the shoe as is press off to run. I can't take it anymore and I'm returning them. I even tried trading out the laces for my beloved Caterpy laces and same issue.

I wore these for the French Way Camino (36 days) and had happy feet EVERY SINGLE DAY. I wear a half size larger for workout shoes and these didn't disappoint. Absolutely perfect grip for the varied terrain. I wore thicker ankle socks than I normally would and the match was so comfortable. The grip was worn out at the end of the 800k walk, as to be expected. Best investment considering the number of people in regular hiking shoes with numerous foot issues. Highly recommend.

I love my Speengoats for hiking and training in the gym. The comfort and stability is unsurpassed. i'm already budgeting for my next pair. The look and functionality of these shoes will not disappoint.
