This pair of hokas is the only one I have kept. I have been trying various styles and versions for years. I like these a lot. We moved to the desert and I hike daily. These fit the bill

My 3rd Hokas. Went from 9.5 and 9 in others to 8.5 W in this. Great fit. A little stiffer than others, but great for outdoor walking on trails and in rainy weather. Still plenty of cushioning.

This is an amazing shoe. Did an 8 mile hike right out of the box on technical terrain. Very comfortable & stable. Good grip. A bit funky looking for me - generally I tend toward the understated but not at all a concern for athletic shoes.

These shoes were recommended by people who do alot of walking so I purchased them through Zappos website. They fit well and were easy to walk in. I took them to Spain to walk parts of the Camino and found that after just 4 days, the soles were coming apart in the heel area. When I walk, I do not drag my heels. I was very disappointed, especially after spending over $150 on these shoes. And it appears that HOKA does not stand by their product. I would caution anyone who expects any longevity from this brand. And they are not worth the expense.

I put these on when the box arrived and don’t want to take them off. They are light as air, provide good circulation as I walk around town, and they look a little more sophisticated than some of the other models, which I also like. My old feet appreciate the soft padding and the soles are cushioned enough to jog as long as I want.

Most comfortable shoes I’ve had in a long time. I’m on my feet all day and use these shoes for walking. They put a spring in my step and just feel amazing. I ordered a 9 wide and they fit perfectly. I am so happy with this purchase.

I’m head over heels for these shoes! I have very narrow size 9s with falling arches, these are so stabilizing and supportive, my feet are so happy! I do think they make my feet look long (I’ve always been a bit self conscious about my longer feet), however the comfort of these tennis shoes wayyyy out weighs my feet looking long. And long might be an overstatement, they just don’t appear small. In any case, these are worth the price and I’d totally buy them again!

This shoe fit perfectly. It was true to what I am now accustomed to in Hoka (1/2 shoe size down). I bought the wide and my feet sit comfortably in the shoe bed without rubbing. I am training for a significant trek through Europe and needed a hiking shoe I could put many miles in without discomfort.

The fit and construction were perfect, loved the colors until I got them on, I guess I'm not ready to wear a shoe that makes me feel like Bozo the clown, too much color, I'm 83 years old, 30 years ago I would have worn them. Because of the fit and comfort I have ordered the same style shoe in a more subdued color scheme.

I love the first pair that I had ordered! But they run smaller.I’m returning the smaller size .I even bought a second pair of them. This shoe is stunning the color and fit are perfect. I’m so friend told me about shoes. I’m am now a Hoka girl!

Awesome fit and great to walk in. Love the 4mm drop. Please provide a more neutral color palette so they can be worn to a somewhat more dressy occasion.

These are great. I need a wide toe box and was concerned the squared off toe would be a problem. It isn’t! In fact they fit better than some Hokas with a much more rounded toe are profile. Shoes are a major struggle for me and after trying several Hokas, these fit! They are true to size…maybe a tad smaller. Felt supported but not squished immediately.

I have been searching for walking shoes that I could use daily for distance walking or just to run around town and feel comfortable wearing them for lengthy periods of time. This is the shoe! I am unable to express just what a perfect shoe this is. I would never have known anything about this shoe if it weren't for the recommendation of a golf course manager that is on her feet all day. Great shoe HOKA.

I have been buying Hoka shoes for years, and the Speedgoat 5 are one of my favorite pairs I have purchased. They are light and springy, yet give great arch support and shock absorption. I love the turquoise color, it goes with everything I wear, giving my outfit a pop of color. I love how lightweight the shoes are, allowing me to take longer runs and walks and even wear them as casual everyday shoes. The shoes fit true to size and I would definitely buy this style of Hoka again.

I mainly use these shoes for walking about four miles a day on an asphalt trail. I had gone through a few pair of Hoka Bondis before this switch and I didn't love how quickly the bottom material wore through, so I thought perhaps the Vibram on these Speedgoats would hold up a little longer. Time will tell on that, I suppose. I did want to say, though, that the fit was a bit different for my foot from the Bondi model, mainly in the heel slippage. Luckily, a quick Google search brought up a way to tie the shoes to help prevent that... and it worked! Great! I went from thinking I'd need to return these to loving them even more than the Bondi model. Excited to have these for awhile.

Love the Hoka Speedgoat 5, this style just gets better and better. Comfortable, cushiony, everything, but I do wish the grip would last longer than 4-5 months. I walk, keep them clean, no rugged dirt trails, the grip wears away too much for a $155 shoe.

The Speedgoat 5 is a new style for me. Most recent purchase prior was the Mach 5, which has the same stretchy panels attaching the tongue, and the different heel shape. I like the vibram sole better on the Speedgoat , I think it is going to last a little longer. With both styles of Hoka, however, I can only wear a thin sock. but the overall fit is just right for my feet, and I have bunions!

I love Hokas!! Super comfortable with less of a drop than most running shoes. I don’t always love the colors but the comfort is worth it. One thing to know is that the outsoles of most Hokas wear much more quickly than other brands. I am hoping that the vibram outsole on this trail will last longer. So far, so good.

I am a runner/hiker and I Hokas fit me perfectly! I don't even bother to wear any other brand now. I took these for a spin on a trail near my house in preparation for my hiking trip to Glacier National Park. Out of the box, these shoes were super comfy and offered a lot of support and traction.

Comfy right out of the box. Excellent cushioning. Cool color-way.

Feel like air -- only issue is that I wore them so much I quickly wore out the soles.
