Although these shoes are the correct size and a comfortable fit, I cannot walk in them. They make my entire body hurt, each time: feet, ankles, legs, knees, hips, everything. Even when I only wear them for a short time, I go to bed in pain! I have given up after 2 weeks of trying to make them work, and returned to my old Merrells. I hiked in those old Merrells all day today and nothing hurts! I thought Hokas were supposed to be the 13 hour nurse's shift shoe. But I would never be able to finish a shift in these. I'm going back to my Merrells. Deeply disappointed.

It's a good quality shoe but i though HOKA sneakers had wide toe boxes. The material is stretchy but not wide.

Wore them once and they were so uncomfortable that I returned them. Not worth it. So much for trying a new style. Exchanged them for a different pair

Great at first but started to squeak the more I wore them. Disappointed. I've returned and trying a different kind.

I ordered the wide size thinking it would be similar to Clifton 9 wide but it still was a bit too narrow for me. I like the design though.

My foot slid around in this shoe and it was not as supportive as my Clifton's

Have been looking for a woman's navy shoe without all the wild colors. Saw this and thought I would try it. I put it on and could tell immediately I would not like it. Does not have vision or support I need. Have not worn. Hoping to send back.

This shoe lacks the typical Hoka support and is cut narrower than most. The back is also quite low.

I have old arthritic feet with a high arch and these shoes do not have enough cushioning or arch support.

I've worn 4 pairs of hokas. I'm a women's 8 wide. The solimar wide is more narrow than Rincon 3 . I can feel it squuzing my foot. Other models were not this narrow. and when I put them up to each other to compare its about 1 cm narrower. Hoka ...who did the sizing here?? I'm likely to return these. Great color but when I order wide I want wide. Very dissatisfied with this!!

I bought these Hokas because a friend suggested I get them after a bunionectomy. She had the same surgery and said they had the perfect toe box. I found this to be true but experience pain at the incision site after being on my feet teaching for hours. This doesn't happen in any of my other athletic shoes (Brooks & New Balance). I think it's due to the fact that my feet are flat. They are beautiful shoes and I am going to keep them because I'm sure they'll be fine when I'm healed. However, I wouldn't recommend them for bunion patients with flat feet.

I ordered these in my usual size and width for Hokas, and they were pretty in the box. But, they were too narrow and too small. They fit like Nikes. I'm really disappointed. I've got 4 pair of Hokas, so that might be enough.

I need much more arch support. I'll wait until I can order new ARAHIs in my size.

These were so comfy when I first purchased. After 2 1/2 months, they just feel like every other shoe. For the price, I'm not impressed.

Loved the look online, however, the toe area material is very thin and I could actually see my toes through the fabric when I put them on. Unfortunately, I returned them. I love Hoyas and their fit, but it felt like this shoe would not hold up.

My last pair of Hoka was the Clifton 8, I absolutely LOVED them!! This pair though for me just aren't working, I've only worn them a handful of times since my purchase 4 months ago, and the reason is every time I've worn them after 4hrs on my feet, my toes start hurting BADLY enough I can barely walk, ugh, just disappointed. One other thing to note is the tongue of the shoe slides over way to the side

Solimar is not a comfy brand to me. The tongue of the shoe hurts and consistently moves down to the sides instead of staying in the middle.

I did a lot of reading. I did the Hoka shoe survey so the site would help me determine what shoe was the best for the workouts I do. To clarify, the first Hoka shoe I purchased was the Clifton 9. I loved it. Super comfortable. Great support. Even with a broken toe I could still workout. Then, the sole fell apart after 4 months. I never wore it outside. I returned the Clifton 9 and received a Hoka online credit. Now what shoe to get? I wanted to stay away from the same sole type so I didn't run into the same problem. Reading... Survey... Was told the Solimar was THE shoe for me. I do a combined weight training/cardio workout. Dumbells, Kettle bells, weighted medicine balls. Jumping, burpees, jump rope etc. The Solimar is comfortable. Fits well in the heel and mid foot. BUT, there is no support in the toe area. My workout has a fair amount of lateral movement along with planks etc. This shoe doesn't keep my toes in place. They continually slide over the sole edge to the outside of the shoe. Even though this shoe is listed under the crosstraining section, it is NOT a good shoe for aggressive training. Maybe straight road running? Or just walking. Had I been able to try the shoe on in a store, and not deal with an online credit, I would NOT have purchased this shoe.

This is my second pair of Hoka shoes. I was so excited to have another pair of the most comfortable brand of shoes that I have encountered in ages... However, I haven't had this new pair for a month, and there is now a hole in the lining, which created a huge bloody and broken blister on the back of my heel. Although I am likely to keep purchasing from this company in the future, I am very disappointed. This doesn't seem like normal wear and tear, as I purchased less than a month ago. Bummer...

I own other pairs of hokas and was excited to get these in a solid black....wore them on a trip and they were not comfortable. Did not last through a great amount of walking.
