I read that these HOKAs run narrow and I have narrow feet, so I was keeping my fingers crossed. The length is perfect. The width is perfect for me. The arch support is moderate. Unfortunately, they have little to no lateral support, especially for a pronator. Are all HOKAs like that? They're going back.

I am used to Nike shoes and I typically have to go one full size up so my toe does not hit the tip of the sneaker inside. These were a little loose in the back. The shoes are very cushioned. So on my right foot they feel comfortable, but my left foot I have a severely inflamed tendon on the top of my foot and the left side still feels very tight on my instep. I have orthotics from the podiatrist that have a gel ball in there that allows a separation of the toes (metatarsals). I tried the bike, treadmill and stairmaster. All machines were okay except the treadmill 16 minutes into my workout, my instep began hurting and feels like my tendon was being pulled up, this could just be my tendon. So I felt the back of the show my heel coming up, that could be my fault in choosing the size. I am just not really sure about the shoes and this brand was recommended by an orthopedist. I think I need to come into a store and just get fitted by a professional. I don't know if I am getting the right style and size, it is so confusing shopping for these types of shoes.

I wish I would have ordered a half size larger. So disappointed. By the end of the day my toes are killing me.

These are so comfy but dont buy the white. They attract dirt with the type of material they are made of.

Not as cushioned as the Mach 6 or the Clifton 10. Good for around town but not a lot of cushion.

I really like the feel of these shoes, however I'm noticing that the bottom sole is cheaply made and appears to be breaking down already, and I've only had the shoes about a month and a half.. I also noticed that I get way more rocks stuck in the grooves of the bottom sole than any other shoes I've had. As much as I'd love to buy another pair, I'm not sure it's worth the money if they aren't going to last long.

Comfortable sneaker (at least from testing out inside my house), but "wild indigo" is completely monochromatic. There are no dark accents/trim or ombre effect to the coloration. They are just very, Very lavender sneakers -- or at least the ones I received are.

Love the look of these Hokas, but the foot bed felt much to hard and stiff for me. Also, toe box too narrow.

I like the way they feel when I'm walking and working, but they squeak. Sounds like I'm stepping on a duck every time I walk. Kinda sucks.

Got these and cleaned the house in them for a couple hours, as is my usual practice with new shoes. Feet were hurting within an hour. Returned them. Not what I was hoping for from this shoe brand everyone raves about.

Nice, simple shoe that is not chunky which I wanted. The cushion is not too much that you rock, and enough to feel good. The reason they didn't work for me is the side hit my ankle.
I'd also recommend:
Asics, Brooks, Saucony

I have to say its a comfortable sneaker, but the toe box is a bit narrow for me, trying to give it a chance.

First time wearing they got super dirty. Just went to from my house to the grocery store and back and every little speck of dirt sticks to them. The uppers are thin and you can see the outline of toes through them. Came with only one spare orange lace which was weird. Pretty color though!

These shoes are cute, but with my foot/ankle issues they would not give me the support I need.

A more narrow shoe. The thickness of sole and fit of shoe length wise was good, but just a bit too narrow so I had to return them.

I'm sure the products is well made but it isn't even leather and way overpriced for the laterial chosen. Cute color, though.

I was disappointed after having worn hoka arahi6 shoes. I expected the same ultra comfortable shoe bed that I assumed all hokas had. I bought 3 pair of the arahi 6s. I have to return these hoka solimars because they are hard bottomed and uncomfortable. Now I have to struggle through finding something else to try. Bummer!

I usually get the Bondi for running outside which are super cushioned and good for my bad knees. I bought this version for using inside when I do an aerobic video. These unfortunately do not offer as much cushion and stability. They are, however, light so I kept them and bought an impact insole to help with the shock absorption. Side to side motion, etc., these are not good for.
