I usually wear Arahi or Bondi, since I need support and I pronate (high arches that go flat). Bought the Solimar because I wanted this color for skummer and it's probably the most normal-looking shoe in the lineup (for an old lady who walks but doesn't run). They fit well, but I could tell they were not as supportive as my other Hokas. Then, after four or five days of wearing them, I woke up with pain in the peroneal tendon (around the outer ankle bone) and a searing cramp in the muscle attached to it (peroneus brevis). So I think I'll need to add arch supports? Still like the shoes, and wish Hoka would make more normal-looking ones with standard colors and non-extended soles. Lots of old ladies (and men) can afford to buy them!

I liked how these looked so I bought them for my nursing work; My feet started to hurt- so I went back to the Bondis which alleviated the pain. Thank goodness for Hoka's great service - they returned them; so I will buy another pair of Bondi's I think as these have worked for me but are quite worn. I would recommend these only for light duties.

I feel bad I spent over $100 on this shoes and there is no much difference from other brands. I really was wishing to be better than expected. I wish I could return them even I had worn them

At the age of 90, I need to wear comfortable but attractive shoes. Hoka's do just that. I finally found them so I can have all the shoes I want without worrying about them. These white ones look very nice for summer clothes, and I'm enjoying them very much. My next will be black!

Great for a walk or light work out. Wore them to an outdoor event where I had to stand a lot and my back didn't hurt. I have white ones and I call them my dress whites. I need to know how to cleanthem. My other Hokas I call my clown shoes, but they are good for a long hike on uneven terrain.

Every day running around. Light gym workouts, the sneaker provides comfort and performance. The wearability and washability are questionable in terms of their durability. The soles strangely discolor or get dirty quickly and do not seem to repel dirt as much as one would expect from a rubberized sole.

I am an avid walker. As all the other pairs of Hokas I own, this shoe is very comfortable, springy and beautiful! I get great comments from everyone who sees my Hokas. They are my go-to tennis shoe and I am a loyal customer for life!

Bought these specifically for traveling in Ireland, and they were absolutely perfect! We walked an average of 5-6 miles a day, and these shoes stayed light and comfy. And they are cute and not as clunky as my regular running Hokas. Great purchase!

I found these shoes to be lightweight which I love. Also they gave my feet the relief I needed. I have flat feet and arthritis. The shoe was recommended by an orthopedic surgeon.

I like my hoka running shoes except they force my weight to thefront of my foot. That's why I ordered these. These have the right weight distribution but they aren't as cushy as my runners that I bought from hoka.

Shoes are just OK. Trouble adjusting the comfort around the ankle and my feet are not happy after several hours.

I love the Hoka Solimar shoes. I wish Hoka had more selections with low profile like the Solimar.

My daughter got a new job and was on her feet all day. She got these shoes and it really helped alleviate her leg and foot pain.
