Love these shoes for weightlifting and working out. They are comfortable to walk in too. They did take awhile (2 1/2) weeks to get here, so I don't know if that was Hoka's fault or UPS.

As with all Hokas, they are a comfortable fit from the first wearing.

Superior cushion and plantar fasciitis support!!! These are my favorite shoes. I don't have to wear ankle straps, arch supports or experience pain while wearing them. Thank you HOKA

These were so comfy when I first purchased. After 2 1/2 months, they just feel like every other shoe. For the price, I'm not impressed.

I love that the Solimar doesn't have such a thick bulky sole.. I also love my Clifton 9 shoes for Golfing & everyday wear out on the ranch when I take my boots off. Plus both Solimar & Clifton 9 are easy to slip into real quick with out untying them. Please make a dark color in the Solimar Wide. Both wide options are light colors and this ranch girl gets her shoes dirty
Bottom line..they are Super comfortable, & I have a bunion that gives me no trouble while wearing my Hokas .
Give them a try & see for yourself how great they are.. HOKA's are the best for this athlete & ranch girl!

I've been wearing Hoyas for several years now and can't be without them. They get worn almost daily, winter and summer. Very lightweight and comfortable.

The heel in the Solimar is too wide for my foot. Will be returning. I did not have this problem with my current pair of Hoka Clifftons.

I have two other styles of Hokas and I really like the way these look. They don't have such a bulky wish they were offered in a dark color in wide. Hard to keep them clean as I'm outdoors on ranch property mostly. The 2- Wide options are light colors

Shoes are better for a variety of uses since there is less volume of cushion to get in the way. However, the shoes were still wider than anticipated even while getting the normal sizing.

I use these shoes every day when I walk my dog. They are very comfortable and fit good. I have back trouble so these help. I would like a little more softness on the inside for my feet. Other than that, they are great.

Really like how comfortable they are. Wearing them more than I usually wear athletic shoes. Enjoy the color also.

Color is awesome, but better yet is that they are so comfortable. First walk in them was 6 miles and they felt great!

Group fitness instructor, I've been wearing Solimars for years now. I love them for classes that involve a lot of high/low impact, like aerobics and HIIT. I just purchased my 9th pair. HOWEVER, our fitness room has a rolled vinyl floor, and for whatever reason, some of the newer colorways for the shoes that have non-white soles stick to that vinyl floor like glue. I've almost fallen a couple of times moving sideways because my shoe sticks. It doesn't happen with the white rubber, but I've had two pairs that had a colored sole (one lavender, one green) and they both stick, especially when it's a little humid. Now I'm careful to only buy the colorways with white soles.

Since the walking shoes that I purchased are phenomenal to my feet, I decided to purchase this pair for the gym. Not disappointed. They feel great and fit well. Most of the other sneakers that I've purchased in the past, has not given me the stability or toe room that these give me. Im glad that I purchased them. Im officially a Hoka girl

I use them when I do a fast walk 3X a week, and also whenever I go to street fairs. They are tremendously comfortable and I don't have as many aches and pains when I wear them.

I usually wear Arahi or Bondi, since I need support and I pronate (high arches that go flat). Bought the Solimar because I wanted this color for skummer and it's probably the most normal-looking shoe in the lineup (for an old lady who walks but doesn't run).
They fit well, but I could tell they were not as supportive as my other Hokas. Then, after four or five days of wearing them, I woke up with pain in the peroneal tendon (around the outer ankle bone) and a searing cramp in the muscle attached to it (peroneus brevis). So I think I'll need to add arch supports?
Still like the shoes, and wish Hoka would make more normal-looking ones with standard colors and non-extended soles. Lots of old ladies (and men) can afford to buy them!

I liked how these looked so I bought them for my nursing work; My feet started to hurt- so I went back to the Bondis which alleviated the pain. Thank goodness for Hoka's great service - they returned them; so I will buy another pair of Bondi's I think as these have worked for me but are quite worn.
I would recommend these only for light duties.

I feel bad I spent over $100 on this shoes and there is no much difference from other brands. I really was wishing to be better than expected. I wish I could return them even I had worn them
