I fell in love with my first pair of Hoka Arahi shoes. I felt like I was running on clouds and I absolutely loved how comfortable they were. I was ready for a new pair and after trying them on and running in them, these shoes have gone downhill. The newest Arahi shoe is extremely uncomfortable. I was so excited for my new shoes but I had to return them. :(

I have been a loyal Hoka fan for several years! I have worn the Arahi since the 2nd edition. I was so disappointed when I went to grab the 6's and they barely fit in the toe box! I have read countless other reviews stating the same thing- I hope the designers hear this message loud and clear. I keep wanting to will them to fit but the 8.5 is too small now and the 9 is too big. Please go back to the design of the 5's! I will be anxiously awaiting the 7's- until then I had to cheat on you with another company.

I wore these shoes to workout twice and that is all it took for me to send them back. These made my feet so numb they burned on the treadmill. I've never had that happen before. The pressure they put on my outer toes and outer balls of my feet was unreal. Felt fine for walking around and floor work, but running was awful. Great customer service and trail period from Hoka though, so I'm trying a new style to see if those are better.

After the the hype from healthcare providers, this was a very uncomfortable shoe both arch support and all over. I cannot recommend it.

I am an RN who works 12.5 hour shifts & I am on my feet for a good portion of my shift. I have no specific foot issues but I was just looking for a new sneaker that would be comfy & supportive, so I decided to "splurge" on a new pair of HOKAs. Took the Shoe Finder test & this shoe came up as a great match. Initially, the sneakers felt fine. I wore them briefly around the house & took my puppy for a walk in them with no issues. So, now I was ready to wear them for my first set of consecutive work shifts. The first night they were fine with no noticeable complaints, but when I wore them the second night, my feet were in excruciating pain. My feet hurt so much that every time I had an opportunity to sit down at my work station & take them off, I did. By them end of my shift my feet were DONE. Wanted to love these since they are so highly recommended, but I'll definitely be returning..

The arch was very uncomfortable.

I was looking forward to using this shoe for long runs. 3-4 miles in I couldn't feel my toes. I tried to give these shoes a couple more tries but I am still dealing with the same issue.

Your company sent the wrong style and wrong size from what was ordered. I have returned the incorrect shoe for the corrected shoes as ordered.

I bought these to work in. I am a nurse and on my feet 12+ hrs a day. These are not the shoes for that! They made my feet hurt for days after wearing them. Something about the arch I think and not much padding. I do like the way they look but I can't wear them.

They stopped making my favorite shoethe Akasa. So I am looking for another Hoka, but these are not the ones. I have medium width feet but these felt like I was walking on a rail. I ordered my usual size and they were a bit tight. I returned them. Am trying a few other styles, so far no luck.

The sole of one of the shoes was not attached. Had to return. Hopefully this was an isolated case.

The tongue is sewn down so tightly that the laces are basically useless

I've had a terrible experience with these shoes. I've been wearing Arahi 6 for quite awhile, in 10 D but my left foot was miserable in them. My middle toes were in pain shortly after I put them on. I spoke to a representative and they sent me a return label. I put my old Arahi 6 back on and no problem.

I have really bad feet. My doctor recommended Hoka or Brooks. I tried them on one day and they hurt my feet so bad I had to go to the doctor again.

Although the interior of the shoe was soft but the heel was too thick for me to walk with. I was impressed by the stability and support description but I discovered I could work with this shoe because I am dealing with MS, so I have to return the shoe.

I bought a pair of hoka Arahi 6 at a running store. When I went for my pedicures my left toe nail had a bruise - I thought nothing of it - then I ran/walk this Thanksgiving gobble jog 10k. Oh my gosh my big toes were in such pain on the nail bed - I'm sure these shoes caused runner toe(s) because no other shoe I've worn has caused so much pain afterwards. Never again

The shoe style I bought is narrow & hurts the outside of my feet Wish I would've gone to a store & tried on several styles to find a better fit
