I bought these as I heard how much people love them. Nope. Blisters on each foot after walking in them. Have never had this with other sneakers.

I bought wide..but they sure don't feel wide. Much too snug. I was hopeful these were going to be so comfortable as my friend recommended them. She loves hers. I haven't been able to wear mine yet. I need to put a shoe stretcher in them for a while first.

If you have high arches, this is NOT the shoe for you. The tongue is tethered to the sole of the shoe, which means your foot won't even be able to fit inside.

Shoe fits true to size. Unfortunately after using these shoes my legs hurt so bad. After wearing them for 2 hrs legs and hips hurt. Its hard to walk the next day. I've even waited a few days and tried to wear them again and they leave legs in pain. These mat be the shoes for some people but not for me. For how expensive they were they shouldn't leave you in pain they were bought for comfort.

As of now I won't be purchasing another pair. I completed the assessment before purchasing and the suggested shoe was completely incorrect. My feet ache and are sore for days after wearing them. I will be returning them.

I am disappointed with the minimal arch support. I expected something that would help with my pronation. This shoe does not.
I have added a 3rd party arch support, but now the shoes feel too tight.
The shoe looks awesome so sad that it doesn't help me with some arch support.

Hoka has to make their sizes more accurate and comfortable. When ordering a wide size it shouldn't be too narrow. Added to the discomfort is the fact that Hoka continues to put elastic gusseting on both sides of the tongue, causing it to cut into the sides of your foot! Very painful! The return process is long and arduous. The shipping is slow and takes even longer for them to "process " the return and provide a refund. When you order from Hoka you should plan to keep the shoes or you're in for a lot of frustration.

I got horrible blisters on the arch of both feet on my first run with these. I took the quiz prior to purchasing and these were the runners they recommended. Unfortunately they'll be for grocery shopping and never for running

I had back surgery and have nerve damage in my left leg and foot. I tried the Clifton's and they hurt my feet. Then I exchanged for Arahi. They fit but flared up the nerve pain in my left leg and my foot. I waited 3 1/2 weeks for a response about the exchange and now have to wait for a refund.

I wore the shoes for one day and was crippled with pain by the end of the day and all the next day! I'm going to try them one more time and if the result is the same, I will have to send them back.

I received the shoes pretty quickly but they were super tight even though I sized up by half a size. Exchanged the shoe for a size 1.5 sizes larger (have no idea if it'll fit) and don't know when I might receive the replacement. Very frustrating when you need the shoes quickly!

Second time I’ve ordered shoes from Zappos and they were previously worn by someone else. Done with Zappos.

The heel has seams sewn across it that are bulky and dig into the sides if your heel. Major design flaw. I sent them back a week ago and am waiting for a refund still.

The heel in both shoes had what I was calling bumps which really hurt my heels, after further looking in them I think it's the arches are too far back do the shoe. For that price, I feel as though it should have felt like I was walking on air. I returned them for a full refund!

I wore these shoes maybe four times. My back and knees hurt worse than they ever have in my life. The left shoe fit perfectly but the right shoe put a blister on my little toe.

I have never tried a pair of Hokas so I was excited when they arrived. I ordered a 11 womens. Unfortunately the fit is odd under the inner part of arch. I felt like the was something poking under my arch on the sides. My son wears about the same size as me & he too commented on the odd fit. I am returning these.

Bought a new pair of 6s to replace my 5s that I have been wearing for almost 3 years. I was so excited for the white/ orange color as I've always disliked the pale blue color I got with the 5s but they were too comfy to make a big fuss about it. I got the 6s yesterday and they are TERRIBLE! The shoe is hard as can be (not at all what I wanted or expected from Hoka), the heel drop feels noticeably lower despite supposedly being the same, and OMG THE ARCHES - they are sky high and so ungodly uncomfortable (walking on a rock), again not a thing with the 5s. I am so disappointed they ruined a great shoe. Back to trying a ton of shoes to get that great supported and cushioned feeling.... yay.

These are fine for walking around, but the toe drop is way too deep for me to run in them - it makes me feel unsteady and as if I'm about to fall forward. I won't be buying these again

I had to return these because my heal was slopping around and my Achilles area hurt a lot after wearing these.. Going back to the Clifton's. Sent them back for an exchange. Just waiting now. I really wanted these to work! I had done a lot of research on shoes for people with high arches and these seemed to fit the bill. These are my 3rd pair of Hokas in a row. The Bondi and the Clifton have worked very well for me! I will stick with the HOKA brand, just another style.
