The shoe hurts your feet. The gore Tex bunches up and hurts the top of the foot and also the sole started to hurt the outside of my foot.

The shoe has fallen apart and I have not been able to wear for a full 3 months. These are my every day walking shoes. Great support but the construction did not hold up. The toe molding split from the sued material on one shoe. Very disappointed customer.

I used these shoes for hiking and walking on dirt trails. One month and 105 miles and the vibram sole is almost worn completely flat I.e., no traction left under ball of my foot. I expected these shoes to last a lot longer than 1 month. These shoes had great reviews. I am happy they worked well for other people

Too big and heavy a shoe, completely negates the advantage of the cushioning.

They are huge! I put them next to another pair of sneakers and they looked like clown shoes. The soles are like 2" thick

A complete disappointment, I purchased these because they're supposed to be comfortable and easy on your feet if you're on your feet all day, they even say they are "plush". Unfortunately, that not what I experienced. After giving them a few days of break in, I decided to give them a chance and put them to the test on a trip where I'd be walking and standing all day. They were a complete disappointment, not at all "plush", quite the opposite, they killed my feet, giving me 3 blisters in the process. It's not that they're the wrong size, they're the correct size, they're just not as described, they're not "plush" in my opinion. Furthermore, I really don't like how tall the soles are, they somehow throw me off, especially when driving my manual transmission car. The one positive thing I can say is that the waterproofing does appear to work as I got to put that to the test during a very rainy day on my trip. Other than that, I don't really have anything positive to say about these shoes. Fortunately Hoka has a 30 day money back guarantee, which I'm using.

I recently bought a pair of these as high top boots and they're quite comfortable. I switched from keeps as they've gone a different manufacturer direction and I'm unhappy with them. The Kaha boots are great but the low rise version is a co.pletely different build and did not fit even remotely similarly to the boots. I returned them.

Not as bulky as your usual Hoka " plush " shoe but not at all plush . These shoes look nice and are easy to slip on and off but you wouldn't want to stand or walk in them for more than 10 minutes , they are as hard as a rock i can't believe anyone from Hoka actually tried these out before selling them . Don't buy !

I am a mail carrier and walk 12-18 miles per day. I have been searching for the perfect work shoe and this is absolutely not it. The top lace eyelets cut into the top of my foot causing pain. If I loosen them, my heal slides out as I walk. For the price, I expected A LOT more. I've tried these for a week, I just can't wear them. Now I have an expensive pair of shoes collecting dust in my closet.

Bought the kaha 2 low after loving my two pairs of mid top gen 1 kahas. Have owned probably in the neighborhood of 50 pairs of size 13 hokas (arahi's, gaviota's, conquest's etc), over the years. 49 of them were spot on sizing. This pair of the low kaha 2's are the first pair that feels like a size 12. Mislabeled perhaps? Ive worn them for months trying to break them in but have to remove them after an hour or two due to "big toe squish". I will continue buying hokas but will probably not get the kaha 2 low again. Disappointing as it's an expensive shoe.

HOKA, you are pushing your old customers away! The heels slip, the toe boxes are asymmetrical, the sizing is always different, the price keeps going up, the quality keeps going down, the quality control is a disaster, etc. I almost thought I bought fake shoes from the HOKA official site. I own 12 pairs of HOKA shoes, and I never had a pair like this one--- I can't find any advantage to it! Before you raise your price for more profit, why not upgrade the quality first? These shoes suck!

I have a problem with some shoes I bought a couple of months ago.. They are terribly uncomfortable , and painful to wear . They are my third pair of shoes with your brand and the previous ones are excellent but these are terrible..I have used them a couple of times and it is a bad experience . Someone from your team told me to return them and unfortunately I don't have the box they came in . I feel ripped off with such expensive shoes and they are lousy for everyday use and have no traction in town . They are probably good for hiking but it is unfortunate that I want to use them in town .

The shoes appear to be fine , I have purchased at least 10 pairs of various Hoka's and generally love the products. I recently purchased the Kaha low GTX online and utilized the size guide for my recommended fit. Unfortunately they do not fit according to the size guides. My disappointment is with contacting Hoka to get the appropriate size. You literally cannot talk to a live person and furthermore the 24/7 chat option is not working either. I went through the steps twice to leave my contact information to correspond through the chat feature but have not be contacted as of yet. Hopefully someone will reach out to me after this review. Very very frustrating to be ignored. I will be trying another brand in hopes the sizing guides accurately represent the product. I merely want to find a more efficient way to exchange my shoes for a better fit and do not want to wait for potentially weeks to get a better fitting shoe in my hands.

Its a HOKA so it was comfortable for a hiking shoe but sending this pair back because the Kaha 2 Low GTX has an odd looking heal collar that sticks way out the back like its made for an Elf.

I am loyal to the HOKA brand, but this model has been a disappointment . They are uncomfortable and the front part causes pain in my toes. They are probably good for hiking , but in the city they are terrible and do not have enough traction which makes them unstable .

I have owned probably a dozen pairs of Hoka's, love the comfort. But their quality has slipped over the years, they must be changing overseas factories to get costs lower. After wearing this pair about 2x per week for 1 month, the stitching is all coming unravelled. Totally unacceptable, I'll never buy another pair of Hoka's.

Everyday work/hiking shoe. Expected fit and performance to be close, if not identical or better than my KAHA GTX LOW (have 3 pairs, one on the way to recycle bin). Instead got a looser fit, and clumsy heel geometry, different tread design. Altogether the changes resulted (for me and my uses) in an unsatisfactory combination. Sometimes "new and improved isn't...", and you don't need to fix what isn't broken! Am returning and giving TOR Ultra Low a try instead.
