At 66 Male 6ft3in and 255lbs l have developed hard to fit feet. After 35 years in sandals and barefoot in SE FL my feet have spread and are almost a 3/4 size different between feet. I mostly do 4 to 7 mile hikes and some backpacking now in the Red River Gorge Ky. After buying and trying several different manufacturers hiking boots. These Hoka KAHA 2 GTX boots are the best fitting and most comfortable iv ever used. My next pair would br my LOWA Camino's in a size M 13 for super hard core hiking/backpacking. What led me to these Hoka's was that I have a pair of Hoka Clifton's in a size M 12W, BEST ever for walking/ jogging. They lead me to try the KAHA'S in my search for a really comfortable hiking boot. Customer service was great answering my questions about which of their boots would fit similar to my Clifton's since none of their hiking boots came in a M 12.5W. They recommended the M 12.5 Kaha which has the widest toe box of their hiking boots. And the rest is history, as they say. There still is longevity and real time waterproofness, but from the high quality of the boots I feel they should pass these tests too Not a paid endorsement.

I love the Kaha GTX, wore them out! Ordered the Kaha 2 GTX, but took a chance on the 'rust' color, they are actually somewhere between RED and PINK, definitely not my thing. Thankfully the exchange / replace process was the best I have ever used online anywhere, so easy, and fast, got them shipped back and Hoka cross-shipped me the new pair in Duffel Bag color, got them super fast and could not be happier!

Long time HOKA customer. Had 2 pairs of the original Kaha boots and loved them - not one flaw. Comfort and durability with every facet of function to allow for casual wear all the way to technical hiking. Enter the Kaha 2. Same great attributes as the original and again, no flaws. It's a refined Kaha that will deliver the comfort and performance that you want, with high quality materials. Fits true to size, but allows enough wiggle room to allow for thicker socks. Zero break in is required. Expensive, yes. You get what you pay for.

I don't usually order shoes on line, but the shoes fit perfect right out of the box.

I purchased these for everyday wear. They are hiking shoes, but I need the additional support for my ankles. They are very comfortable and supportive. My arthritic feet feel a lot better wearing them.

Very comfortable, supportive, protective boot! Love the color as well. When these boots go on sale, I usually buy a pair. They provide my much needed ankle support and help to stabilize my gait as I walk over the rough terrain in which I work. I love that they added the extra heel support for this particular style. Great job, HOKA!

Took my new hoka boots on a 4.3 mile hike with an 800 ft assent and they worked wonderfully. No discomfort at all. They performed great on all terrains.

Really enjoyed hiking in the boot.

I'm happy with the KAHA purchase. I've worn another brand of shoes since the 80's and now I'm a HOKA convert. These were comfortable to walk in right out of the box.

I bought these, wore them twice, then summitted Mount Whitney with them. They were amazing! My crampons fit well for ascending the chute and they kept my feet warm and dry when glissading back down.

So far , soooo good . I've been in workboots my whole career ( 36 years ) and needed a new look and more comfort . I walk alot through job-sites , with clients , and every once in a while get my hands dirty in some light duty things . I've been looking at hikers , and I loved the look of these . They look amazing , and feel even better on my feet ! A stable base , excellent traction , and I could wear them all day without fatigue . They're brand new so I'm not certain on the wear and tear just yet , but seriously ,I dread getting them dirty . The guys keep trying to stamp on the new shoe wearer , but I keep dodging them . ( Contractors will understand )

I probably have a pair of Hoka shoes. I have bad neuropathy in my feet and these are the most comfortable shoes. One could wear.

Got these for upcoming trip to Alaska , lots of off road hiking and walking . Will see how they feel and hold up.

I am a tree worker, we work in all types of uneven terrains and slopes, these pair of of shoes gave me comfort and balance, they are light and also durable!! Best out door shoes ever purchase.

Evverry day work boot. Very supportive and comfy. BOA lacing would be a great adder for me.

Hi. These are excellent hiking shoes. I just completed the St Francis Way in Italy using these and they were excellent. I used them in the snow, rain and mud every day and they were great. These are the best hiking shoes. Of course they are now worn out and I need to get a new pair for my next hiking trip. Great for hiking and camping and working.
