I'm a longtime Bondi owner and was looking for something different for walking. I love the Gaviota, will definitely purchase again.

The shoes are so comfortable for walking all day long. They feel the same from day one. One of the best purchases I have made after buying so many other brands in the past. I recommend for people who have trouble finding the right shoes and comfort. I love the colors.I can't wait to buy another pair. I also Purchased a pair for my husband.

These were the first pair of Hoka shoes that I bought. My podiatrist recommended these to me. It was the best decision I have made. I am a new runner and the standard running shoes were either too narrow or too flat, and did not absorb impact. The pair I bought is extremely well padded and absorbs impact. Overall, I am overjoyed with how well these shoes are.

I would highly recommend this shoe for comfort and support which keeps you grounded when walking.

Works great. Make more shoes with J frame stability and in wide sizes.

I have been running in other brands for 8+ years and it took me this long to find out that Hokas were the most comfortable and so far the best shoes for anyone running every day. I have experienced less soreness than before and I don't cringe knowing that I am about to put these Hokas on and go for a run.

Lifetime Brooks Beast fan, however, with recent updates I felt like they missed the mark. Enter Hoka! Never looking back now. Highly recommend. Just need more color options for 2E and 4E feet :)

I've got big toe arthritis, mid-foot arthritis, flat feet; been wearing custom inserts for years. Typically, more than an hour or two w/out my inserts and my feet are hurting. But with these I don't need the inserts and my feet feel great! And I average walking about 5-7 miles a day, work at a standing desk, mountain bike, play with my kids. Both this shoe and the Arahi 6 are great for my flat, arthritis-y feet.

Bought these for my husband for his birthday and he loves them!

I have a pair of Hoka One One Bondi 6 that are getting really worn. I was sad to see Hoka discontinued this shoe. the Bondi 7 I heard from reviews had less cushioning and was gear more towards running. I use Hoka's for walking. So I am glad I found this alternative. I bought 2 pairs. I just got back from a night day cruise and used them to walk about 3miles a day on the top deck. Comfortable, cushioning is great. Will buy again.

This is my 3rd pair of the Gaviota. My feet felt an instant difference. My most recent hokas were a few years old. I was also still wearing the pair before that. I retired those finally.

I bought the Gaviota 4 after how impressed I was with the original Gaviota shoe. During Covid, it was hard to find HOKA shoes at my local stores so I ended up trying a pair of Brooks. After a year of wearing those shoes I bought the Gaviota 4's to go back to HOKA. They instantly reminded me how much I missed these shoes. They are so much more comfortable and supportive and very obviously superior quality. The upgrades that have been made make the shoe even better than before. The fabric around the outside solves the the biggest issue I had with the original shoe. I only wish that there was a 4E option as I have very wide feet so the fit is a bit tight but not enough that they cause discomfort.

Husband just had a full knee replacement surgery and he says this shoe is stable. He's very happy with these shoes
