Unfortunately, I am unable to rate this process since UPS, while saying, they delivered my package, I never got it. They have set up an investigation, but it's been over two weeks now and I have not heard anything. Not a happy situation!

Always heard great things about Hola but they didn't fit me and didn't have any x-wide in 15.

Too much guidance for me. I noticed on wet surfaces the grip on the road is poor.

The side blew out like a bad tire.

Good shoes in dry conditions, however, it doesn't have good traction in wet conditions. Be careful.

Ordered a pair of 12-1/2 wides. They say wide but they don't feel any wider than the regular width's I purchased on a previous order. If that wasn't bad enough, the arch supports feels like they're in the wrong place. They do look nice but for the price I paid for these shoes I feel like I really took it in the shorts on this purchase. I would have returned them but i thought maybe I just needed to break them in but that wasn't the case. I would not recommend these shoes.

Five month and the heel liner is getting a hole. Shoes used only for walking. I'm disappointed that Hoka is not standing behind their product.

These shoes are unlike my previous Hokas which made me fall in love with the brand. These shoes are hard and have not broken in. The color scheme is wonderful and the reason I bought them. The feel makes my feet hurt. Wouldn't buy again.

My Hokas that I order a 9.5 wide. Still does not fit. Very disappointed. Won't buy another pair. Sorry

Great shoe as far as comfort; but terrible quality. 3 weeks in and the outside of the shoe is falling off.

Decent shoes for training, although my heal rubs on the inner sole lip causing discomfort.

Just not what I wanted as far as comfort. It did not meet my expectations to offset the comfort I need to combat neuropathy.

When I tried on this shoe I could feel the edge of the heel support just inside of the sole of my foot. Of course, that would be a point of soreness with the constant pounding of running. I did like the overall cushioning. I exchanged this for a wide version of the Graviota 4. My thought was that I may may need a wide in your shoe. It was to spacious and lead to issues with my toes that were probably due to my toes compensating for the fit. I discovered a local running store carried your shoes and figured that I needed professional fitting. With their analysis I did not need a wide shoe. After explaining that I was looking for more cushion than the shoes I had been running in and needed some stability they brought me out three shoes which included ARAHI. I still felt that edge of the arch support at the edge of the sole of my foot. The person fitting me agreed that it was not a good fit for me. While they did get me into a pair of shoes that work for me and offer greater cushioning, they do not offer the cushioning that Hoka provides. Hopefully someday that will change and from time to time I will ask them to let me try on newer models just in case.

Lovette first sight What yellow sneakers and everywhere I go people complement me on them. I wear them almost every day especially when I go for physical therapy. Very comfortable probably buy another pair in another color. I bought a half a size larger because I have a toe that sticks up and I needed the extra room.
