I tried these on in the store and they felt good with a flat base vs the round soles of most hokas. Found that these aggravated my plantar fasciitis. Switched back to adidas ultra boost and the heel pain went away

Left fit like a glove, right heel in a hole, have never felt more difference in left and right shoes in the same pair. I wear all brands of walking/athletic shoes and this is weird. . I'm going to try theClifton style

I read so much about Hoka and was excited to try my first pair with these Arhai. Loved the style and colors. Fit was great… but that’s unfortunately where my positives end. Wore them a few miles on my very first walk in them and the sidewall heel seam construction gave me horrible huge blisters. Kept me from walking a week. Literally never had something like this happen before in any shoe.

My order was on back order which I don't mind. However, you have already billed My credit card? Other than that, I like doing business with Hoka company. This is the second pair if shoes I've ordered so far. Thank you

Ordered a pair of Hoka sneakers for my husband and they were too narrow. Sent them back the next day and requested an exchange for wide width. It's been a week and we're still waiting on Fed Express to deliver. There seems to be some sort of delay. No the fault of Hoka but it seems like we have this problem with Fed Express quite frequently.

I specifically bought these due to all the reviews stating they were one of the best options for wide feet and long workdays standing around. Well, from my experience, these are extremely uncomfortable when standing, bordering on painful. Interestingly, they're significantly more comfortable when walking around, though. As long as you're on the move, they're fine; not great, just fine, but when you're standing still, you can't wait to take them back off.

Nice show but runs really narrow and the tongue assembly is bunching up and causing discomfort in my foot.

I've worn Arahi for several years because it felt comfortable. However, my latest order feels more narrow and smaller in length than my previous shoes. And, they do not feel comfortable when walking. What have you done to what was once my favorite shoe?

First impressions - extremely roomy shoe. Very comfortable. After walking/jogging in them - even after the break in period - I have found that the inside wall near my arches sits just underneath my feet. This causes a dull pain that becomes very annoying after walking for more than 10 minutes. I was optimistic that these shoes were the answer for long days on my feet, but the arch discomfort is too much to deal with.

I have a pair of Clinton's and they fit and feel great. I thought I would try the Arahi and ordered the same size. They seem to fit just fine, the fabric in the bottom of the shoe has hard edges that pinch my heels when I walk. It is so bad I developed blisters. I finally returned them for exchange today to see if a different pair will be ok.

Left shoe, forward part of heel area - felt like a support structure was pushing into my foot. Returned the shoes.

Bought these after my wife raved about hers. I used the online tool to figure out which design would make most sense. Since I have slight flat feet, I went with the wides and after 2 walks, my feet HURT a lot, where using a regular width shoe does not.

I had purchased the same shoe with a different finish a few months ago, and it did fit well. This one does not. I expected it to stretch a bit, but it did not. It's too small for my foot.

I don't have much time in the shoe but they're great so far. Comfortable for a 7 mile day on the first time wearing them. However, I ordered them online with expedited delivery promised on Wednesday, June 28. They arrived on Friday, June 30 after I had left for a vacation so they weren't available. I responded to your service email address but received no response and couldn't find a telephone number for service. I would recommend your shoes but would tell people to avoid online purchase. My rating was a 4 for the shoe and a 0 for service for an average of 2.

I have a small wide foot - and am so excited that Hoka carries shoes my size in extra widths - 7EE, in my case. However, I constant issue I find with shoe makings, is that no one/not many account for the change in ankle bone height for a small foot/body frame/leg. This ignorance creates a prevalent irritant to the ankle bone, either by the foot insert sides being too tall, for the back of the shoe being too tall. Regardless of foot bed comfort, raw ankle bones are not tolerable, at least to me. I do find the foot bed and cushion to be very comfortable, but have to return based on the ankle bone issue. I do see, that there appears to be lower inserts sides and rear of shoes (with a delineated pull on strap) that I am going to try ! Finger crossed. :). Last, but not least, please make some shoes with plain, tolerable color schemes. i.e. no 'scheme' at all, just a plain white shoe would be wonderful - Thanks!!

Purchased as a Father's Day gift, husband loved but said he needed a wide. I returned it and received the 9.5 Wide. He worked all day yesterday and said by the end of the day his feet were hurting . He would like to exchange for a 10 wide. Please let me know if and how I can do that.

100 miles in and the uppers have 2 holes in them from normal use. They're comfortable for training but i have serious doubt that theyll last for another 100 miles.

The new pair that I received had a hard rough surface on the inner portion of the back right heel. After the first three miles of walking in them I almost ended up with e blister.
