My 3rd pair of hoka sneakers. And this pair the inside heal is ripping not happy. And there only 2 months old.

This is my first pair of I'm hoping they get more comfortable with time. I walk (don't run) and tried on many pairs of Hoka sneakers at a recent trade show. I ended up going with the Arahi 6 (which I did not try at the trade show) based on needed ankle/foot support after several ankle/foot surgeries these were recommended as the best option. They are good enough but I guess I'm not seeing why all the hype around Hoka. Perhaps a different style would have been a better experience.

The 5 has A better fit Color

I love the way it looks. I love how supportive the shoes are. But in one of the shoes, my heel rubs really bad like the landing spot is too small for my heel and I'm not sure why.

Purchased these several months ago. With in 4 weeks the outer side of the sole began to break down faster than the inner side. This is not a normal occurrence for me with shoes. I would just expect something that costs +$140 to last longer than shoes that are half the price.

They hurt my feet, so I sent them back. The nice thing is I had for a month and they still took them back.

Always buy hokas. These blister. I like Bondi better by a mile.

I tried to like these shoes, but they squeak really loudly with every step. Strange.

I don't get the hype - These are really uncomfortable

I finally gave into the Hoka hype but these shoes are not for me. I usually run 5-7 miles 3 times a week but dialed it back to 3-4 miles to break these in. After 2 runs the ball of my foot is purple and so bruised it hurts to walk in anything other than sliders. Both knees feel like they've been hit with a hammer. I've never had this with any other shoe including barefoot runners.

The Arahi 6 model baddies what I wear on my legs during long running and walking exercises. After 3 hour of walking I have a big corns on both my heels from inner and outer sides. Before I had use Arahi 4 model for 3 years and never had the same problem.

I HAND washed my shoes about one month after purchasing, I followed the directions on Help Hoka, and my gray shoes turned orange. I've been trying to contact support, left reviews, and used the "returns not from Hoka.com" link and the link has had an error for months. They followed up on my review and said since I put them through the washing machine, my warranty is not valid. I never put them through the washing machine and have not had any assistance with the warranty since the return link has not been working. They offered me 10% off my next purchase but I saved for months to buy these shoes and cannot afford a new pair of expensive shoes that will be garbage in a few months. I will never purchase from Hoka again and I discourage everyone I know from buying, including workout groups on Facebook. Within three months of wear, they are discolored, the inside of the heel is ripped open, and the decorative parts on the outside are peeling off. The shoes and customer service are disappointing.

Unfortunately for me, the shoe I bought wasn't as comfortable as I expected. It seems the heel of the shoe is more narrow than I'm accustomed to, causing irritation to the inside of each heel.

I used your shoe fitting guide based on the shoes I had. The shoes arrived and were to big. I went through the return process. It's been 11 days since I dropped the shoes off at the post office using your label. I have heard nothing back from you.

I use my shoes for walking, they were always great until about a year ago they must have changed something as now they hurt my feet they rub on my big toe and they only last about 6 to 8 weeks

For someone with flat feet these shoes are probably great~! However, I use custom orthotics and they would NOT work in these shoes at all. They caused a lot of pain just standing. When I removed my orthptics I found the heel to be very soft. It made my foot feel like th heel was low and the toes were high. Very uncomfortable. I could not wear them and returned the for a refund.
