This is a great log carrier. We have a wood-burning stove in our family room and we use this to bring in the wood. Because it is more of a bag than a sling, the logs don't make a mess. You could leave the wood in here (we move ours to a basket). Feels very sturdy.

The ample size and sturdy materials makes this perfect for holding wood of different sizes. The handle is comfortable when carrying a large heavy load of wood. It also looks good next to the fireplace.

My husband loved receiving this for Christmas. It is very well made, love the already weathered look, and holds a ton more wood than the last carrier we had. Highly recommend.

I actually bought this to use to carry my ski clothing and boots in, and it works great!! The waxed canvas handles the melting snow and allows my jacket, etc to dry out nicely in between ski days.

Looks great, not too expensive, carries a lot of wood, and holds it nicely and neatly next to the fireplace. They don't show it in the photo, but when its on the ground and full, you can fold the handles into each other so you don't see all the wood inside. Makes it look neat.

I bought two of these as gifts for family who regularly use their fireplaces. They loved them and both said they it a luxury item they have always wanted but could never justify. It turned out to be a thoughtful and practical gift.

I'm 58 years old and have long appreciated a good log carrier, this is the best I've had. I ordered in tan, built to last and good looking it can handle a full load without getting tree dirt on your clothing. So sturdy it serves as a great log holder by our fireplace. I rarely write reviews but had to acknowledge the quality, design and appearance of this product. A+

We bought this to replace a 40 year old L L Bean carrier that had finally bitten the dust. This carrier is roomier, carries the logs more securely, and has a more comfortable grip. A neighbor has the same exact carrier it turns out, so the name tag inside is useful at neighborhood quarantine fire pits.

I bought this for my husband and he is thrilled with it. It's a beautiful but rustic, waxed canvas bag that is very well made. He already used it on a Christmas camping trip and loves it. He plans to purchase one for his brother as a gift. I highly recommend this bag.

I have had it for a year and use it at the house in Maine. After many trips between the house and the woodpile, it shows no wear. It holds more logs that I had anticipated and is the perfect size to create a heavy, but not too heavy, load. I have had a couple of other log carriers but this is by far the best.

Fits more logs than I had anticipated which is awesome - less trips out in the cold! The sides are high so logs don't fall out and helps keep it tidy when setting the carrier down inside - all the bits and pieces of bark don't scatter. Love it. Worth every penny.

a simple clean and sturdy way to carry wood from the woodpile into the house

Love this- heavy duty and quality. Exactly what I wanted! Easily holds plenty of wood to minimize trips in and out on the cold days :)

We live in northern Minnesota and supplement our heat with a wood stove, using the stove between150-200 times a year. We have a wood box on our back porch and I have to carry the wood up 10 steps to enter the porch. Last winter I was carrying an arm load of firewood up the steps and nearly lost my balance as I hit the top step. That experience started my search for a wood bag. When I saw the LLBean wood bags I knew my search was over. They're well made and will last for many years. While most of my firewood is cut to 16" length I do have some 20" wood which the wood bag will easily accommodate. The closed ends on the bag eliminates the trail of firewood debris the usually runs from the wood box to the stove. Being able to carry the firewood up the stairs in the bag instead of by the armload allows me to carry up larger loads while allowing me to have a hand on the railing for balance in case I hit a slippery spot on the steps. It's also a great looking bag so I have the option of leaving the bag of wood by the stove. It's been a great purchase and will continue to be for many years to come.

I just love the color and texture of this log carrier. Nothing is more cozy than bringing this a bunch of firewood inside with this sturdy carrier and settling in for a nice evening at home with a warm fire in the fireplace. Even better, I was able to get the tote monogrammed for free since I have the LLBean credit card.

This replaced an old canvas carrier and the size, durability, and appearance are amazing. Holds a lot of logs for comfortable carrying. We use this primarily for outdoor fires but we do store this away from the elements. Highly recommend.
