Well constructed. The small size is perfect for our 17 pound dogs. The cover washes up nicely. Our dogs love their new beds.

Had this same bed for my last dog 8 1/2 years and it was still in good shape when she passed away. I got a smaller one for my current dog. Really well made, built tough, washable, and according to my dogs, very comfortable.

Great dog bed that stands up to the LL Bean reputation for high quality. Bed looks much better than our previous bed, and our 50 pound goldendoodle loves her new lounge spot! We chose size medium and she can very comfortably curl up or stretch out and rest her head on the side. Set up was easy (needed help from 2nd person so stuff one of the more plush bolsters).

Wonderful bed but quite a chore to reassemble from washing the cover.

We have been buying dog beds from LL Bean for many years and, although pricey, have found them to be well worth it. The cover is extremely durable and machine washable and the insert very comfortable. All of our dogs have loved their LL Bean beds!

Excellent durable and quality bed! My black lab/Great Dane mix boy loves it! He can spread out and has plenty of room. Terrific bed!

My dogs took to this bed immediately! They normally like to be on the couch with us, so I only ordered 1 medium to start to see how they like it. Turns out they took to it immediately!! I should have gotten a bigger one (or two). It will be great for my aging pets. The fabric is durable and I love that I can wash or replace as needed. My husband said it was tricky to put together, but not too bad. The khaki color is beautiful on light floors.

Love it, holds up Great for a digger. Would highly recommend it. No regrets.

I had another Bean dog bed for 25 years, and this one more than matches that for quality. My standard poodle weighs 70 pounds and this bed allows him to fully stretch out. I love how he rests his head on the bolster the king is on his throne! The fabric is super tough and the foam is firm. This is a quality piece and for the price, it should be. I expect this bed to be used by dogs for a long time.

We have a 13 year old Maltese who is our pride and joy. Very well trained by us. Well behaved and a bit of a sneaky artist to get what she wants. We saw this bed and my wife and I agree that the bed she had was not giving her the comfort and rest she needed during her sleep. This bed has been absolutely fantastic. Bianca (our Maltese) jump into the bed after we put it together and the rest is history. She loves her bed. Putting the bed together was not a problem. We had to read the instructions a few times and refer back to the pictures to understand what we needed to do. You have to follow the instructions exactly as they are. It takes some effort to insert the padding into the sleeves, but with patience and understanding the process of doing it, things work out very well.

Great doggy bed. A little tough to get together, but nice when your done!

This is my second LLBean dog bed. The first one lasted ten years and overlapped two happy German shepherds

When it arrived I was afraid it was too small but my 75 pound Lab immediately took to it. The complaints about it being impossible to put together are overblown. Just follow the directions. And if you've ever shoved a sleeping bag into a stuff sack, well, it's just like that.

Oh my gosh, we love this bed, and most importantly our golden retriever loves this bed! He is a big boy at almost 90 lbs and this is a great size for him. He is in it all the time!!! It is well made, good looking and obviously super comfortable for him or else he wouldn't use it. We have had beds for him before, but he has never shown much interest in them. We decided to go for the best, and it has paid off!

LL Bean makes the very best dog beds. I've been buying the beds since 1988. Everyone of my dogs have totally loved them. I must admit that I have multiple dog beds through the years so my dogs can be super comfy throughout the house

We got this for our 90 pound chocolate lab and it is perfect. He loves it! We have bought many other beds for him and he never laid in them like he does with this one. Seems durable and I thought it was easy to put together. It was bigger than I expected, he has lots of room on it!
