These throws are extremely soft and plush! They wash great. I have bought several over the past few years, and the older ones look just as good as the new ones. I highly recommend these throws!

This was a gift shipped directly to the recipient so I didn't see it firsthand, but she said she loved it. I thought it was a great price for a wedding gift. The cream color looked beautiful in the picture.

I bought a gray one for my husband. It was so soft and luxurious I bought another for myself in white! It's not super heavy, like the Sherpa throw, but it's super cozy and more than warm enough for everyday purposes.

This was bought to replace an older one we have, it's just the perfect size for an adults lap or could be a nice child size blanket and the monogramming adds a cute personal touch!!

This blanket might not have the bulk of a comforter, but it has the warmth of the sun.

I've had the navy extra large throw for about 3 years. I absolutely love this throw except that I discovered that the navy color bled onto my off white colored fabric La-z-boy recliners. The color does come out when I have the chair/loveseat cleaned. I have relegated the navy throw to the bedroom and am ordering an off-white throw for use with the recliners.

The blanket is very plush and the color is beautiful

This throw is nice looking and the large size is especially appealing. I am satisfied with my purchase. The only negative, and the reason for only 4 stars, is it has a light weight. I didn't find it lacking in warmth since it is large enough to tuck, but for those like me who like the feel of a little extra weight this might not be the best choice.

The throws are luxuriously warm and cozy. They do pill a bit expelling fuzzies. They wash nicely

Throw is very soft and warm but when I use it for a bed covering on cold nights it has a tendency to move on the bed and sometimes half on the floor. The quality is very good.

This is an extremely soft, pretty throw. It is warm enough in most cases, but it is a bit thin, should have more weight to it.

We recently received this Extra-Large throw in Mountain Red, and so far we're very impressed. We wanted something a bit larger than the throws we already had, and this one is not only larger but also much thicker, fluffier, and softer, so it'll hopefully also be warmer. The color is a rich red (not a screaming red at all), but it's an interesting chameleon -- in artificial light, its either slightly to the blue side of red or slightly to the orange side, depending on the viewing angle, but in natural light it's a gorgeous deep fuchsia. I washed it as directed, then put it in the dryer on air only for maybe half an hour, then took it out and hung it over the shower rod till it was fully dry. The lint trap had just a little lint in it -- even including some gray that much have already been in there, when I mashed it into the smallest ball possible, it was only the size of a grape. So far, so good! If this site allows me to edit my reviews, I'll update this if/when needed.

Well it turns out the the blankets were great, but the ordering process was a bit of a fiasco. I ordered them as holiday gifts (along with your LLBean mugs) for everyone in our office. We had them monogrammed in the color scheme to match our business cards. After several weeks of waiting for them to arrive, I received an email that the order for four of our blankets was canceled because they ran out of the color we had ordered. So, we had to select a different color for the remaining blankets and wait several more weeks. I have ordered (literally) hundreds of gifts from LLBean and this is the first time this has ever happened. I just wished they hadn't taken an order for products that were not available since this was a holiday gift for each of our clinicians. I am a loyal customer of LLBean and will continue to be. But I thought it would be helpful for you to know about this glitch so others will not have the same experience. Thanks for listening :)

beautiful color; adequate alone or added to another cover if you're really chilly

This throw is so soft and thick. A nice size in large. However, the color as displayed for Bayside Blue Heather online is not correct. It is a lighter heather blue on one side. The other side is the darker heather blue. It is ok, and not a deal-breaker, but just be aware. I will keep it. But that is why I gave it only 4 stars.
