Wonderful shoes!!! I have a 10AA size, flat foot and these are THE most comfortable shoe I own. I have three pairs of them. I recently bought another one of the same color as they seem to be discontinuing them. I could walk forever in them. I plan on taking two pair with me to France this fall. The arch support is an added bonus! Thanks Zappos for your speedy service.

I love this shoe! I had the Marina which I love too, but sometimes I want something a tiny bit more substantial. This shoe is great and the middle part comes off too.

I was looking for a cute sandal in an uncommon size that was comfortable. This fit the bill! It’s super comfortable and you can remove the portion between the upper and lower strap to have a different look. I like the look of the leather too- almost like bridal leather and very classic. The horizontal straps adjust and the shoe is plenty wide if you have a wide foot. I am very pleased with it! Last but not least, it’s made in the USA! I am hopeful it will last a good long time. I stand and walk a lot and am tired of cheap shoes that are cute but don’t support your feet. These shoes are really comfortable, like all SAS shoes I have bought so far. You only have one set of feet!

The only reason for a return was I decided white wasn't color I wanted. I have a pair of camel in 5 1/2 M which I have had for about 5 years or more and just ordered this color again wishing they were on sale like the white. I am so glad Zappos now carries SAS shoes.

This is my first pair of SAS shoes and I am pleasantly surprised at how good they feel. I have tendonitis in my left ankle and require good arch support and these sandals deliver. I will definitely look at other styles by this manufacturer. Thank you Zappos for giving me a choice in shoes for my long narrow feet.

These sandals are AMAZING. I have owned many, many sandals in my life, admittedly usually getting them at cheaper stores or the mall, mainly because I lived in them in the summer and I knew I’d go through them fast in my teen years. Well now, as an adult, I figured that I would invest in a “real” pair. I was VERY hesitant, based on the price, but they are worth every penny!! The material of the soles are so soft, and the straps adjust at all 3 points (across toes, middle strap, and behind heel-that one’s a Velcro-which I usually just slip over my heel). You can remove the middle vertical piece also if you don’t like it or for a different look, but I like it on. I got the light brown and they look great with shorts, skirts, dresses, bootcut jeans (not that I wear those in summer, but fall..). There is virtually no traction on the bottom of these, so they are mostly meant for walking/style, not for more rugged terrain, and be very careful in bad weather. I am a 9.5-10 medium width, depending on what brand, and I ordered a 10m. The length was great and the width was very accommodating and super comfy. I took one star off my review because right when I got them, I took them on a road trip where we walked 26 miles around various attractions in 5 days, and breaking them in, I got a small sore on my left “knuckle” of my big toe at the end of the trip. I just loosened the toe strap buckle one, and they’re great now, nothing since (that was a month and a half ago). I know they’re pricey, but I would totally recommend these.

VERY COMFORTABLE. If you've a slightly wide foot, these may seem a little wide but you'll quickly love the fit.

Sandals are well made and plenty wide. The leather straps are soft and fasten using buckles. Unfortunately there was not enough depth to the sandal for my toes. I found the strap digging into the top of my foot. I liked the sandal and hoped it would be more comfortable.

I bought these in March. It's now late July, and I have worn them just about every day. They are superbly comfortable. Despite the constant use, they have held up perfectly. The buckles have not rubbed blisters into my feet, as have other "high-comfort" brands. I have very short, wide feet, and I really appreciate these shoes; I usually wear a 7, but got these in a 6 and will try a 5.5 next time. I also like that they come in white, which goes with everything. And it's great that they are made in the USA.

I love that the SAS brand is so generous with their width sizing ! My C-D width feet fit into their medium width perfectly. I wasn't sure about the arch support. It is not as strong as my feet need, but because of how well they fit width-wise and the cushion, I am considering trying them again. I also love how they look on my feet. They are high-quality sandals and I recommend trying them if you have trouble finding wide enough shoes/sandals.

I love these sandals and how they look on my feet ! I fit into a 9.5 in these and the medium width. My feet are wide (C-D width), especially at the ball of my foot and toe-span area. The "medium" width in these fit more like a C-width. The arch support isn't as substantial as my feet need, but it's adequate. The cushion is nice, but very firm. The SAS brand is great for those that have wide feet and have trouble finding adequate width in other brands. The "Captiva" sandals are good quality and nice-looking.

These are amazingly comfortable. With the buckles one can adjust the width so that they fit perfectly. Zappos is amazing. At first I received the wrong sandals, I called, the person I spoke with was wonderfully polite and had the correct sandals overnighted to me. Surprisingly he also told me that if I wanted I could also keep the wrong shoes that were sent. Expensive shoes but I declined (I didn't like them) and returned them. Will buy all future shoes from Zappos.

These have to be the most comfortable shoe of any kind I've ever worn. I am a total princess about my feet, and resisted spending this much on a sandal, but now I'm trying to figure out how I can wear these things every day of the year. I usually wear a 10W in Clarks or New Balance, but my true size is more like a 9.5WWW at the ball of the foot (as if I had a sixth toe) with a average-width heel--like a duck. Flat feet but I love a firm arch in my shoes (like Chacos). In these, I fit a 9.5W perfectly. It's wide but snug at the heel, and the arch is firm but soft. Velvety soft. These are also much younger and cool looking than they seem in the photo. (I got the black with cream footbed.) Not runway cool, but artsy-outdoor-funk cool. Which is me, so yay. So glad SAS is now on Zappos so I can try other styles. They really do feel expensive on my feet, almost custom made. So happy I spent the money.

I've had plantar fasciitis for about three years and my days of dainty sandals are over. These days I wear Birkenstocks or sneakers with orthotics ninety percent of the time. Anyway, saw these sandals and thought I'd give them a try. They seem very comfortable and I like the "cute and clunky" look. They appear to be well made and substantial and my usual size fits me. My high arch doesn't feel quite as supported as in my Birks, but these are very cushy with a stable footbed, which I'm hoping will make up for not wearing orthotics. They look nice on my foot, and I think I can wear them with no problem with a summer skirt, capris, pretty much any casual style. Looking forward to summer now!

These are my first pair of SAS and I must say I like the look and fit of these sandals. I wear a 12 Narrow and it is not easy to find a good fit in sandals. I like the straps and how they hold my foot in the shoe bed too. They are also very comfortable and nice looking.

Loved the look and feel, but it ended up not being wide enough. I have wide feet with a bunion on one, and narrow heels, so I'm hard to fit. I flip flop between 5.5W and 6W. The 5.5 W was good in the heel, but the width ended up being a bit inadequate. Getting a 6W will make the heel too loose. Wish they had a 5.5WW!

Love love love these shoes. Bought them in 2 colors. Love that they're made in USA. Love that they come in size 10 1/2. Love the adjustable and secure buckles, which are also super cute.

I love that these have adjustable buckles! My feet are wide, but bony, so I need the stable footbed, but also flexibility in the straps. The shoes are even cuter in person! And I am THRILLED that they come in size 10 1/2...
