I got these because my other running shoes didn't have any give. Sadly the Hoka didnt have any give and the old favorite new balance shoes feel like they havent been redesigned in 20 years. These are very comfrortable.

Very. Comfortable and cushioned shoe. I would work on the uppers and make them lighter and more vented. Also the 20 piece one n the side is already coming off. Why is it there. In short cushioning great. Upper to be minimalized.

Love the cushioning for long walks. My big toe breaks through the mesh top. Had to add shoe hole prevention patch to right and left foot.

It seemed like a perfect shoe for me; however, even the Wide was too narrow for myself and they do not come in an Extra Wide, so I had to return it. I think if it did come EW, it would have been ideal for my needs.

Nice shoes. Very soft. Forefoot is perhaps built up a hair too much. But good. Like walking on a cloud. See my song on YouTube about Running on a Cloud. By Eddy Micky.

I am 70 years old I have 2 artificial knees and rheumatoid arthritis I also sill work full time which requires me to be on my feet and usually moving on hard concrete floors throughout my shifts. So, I don't run But these are the most comfortable shoes I have worn in spite of having plantar fascitis I couldn't ask for any better Sorry if this disappoints you but your advertising of young athletic types enjoying a "run" may be missing out on a whole new set of customers

Still getting used to them. They are very spongy, maybe too much padding.

Great cushioning and comfort. Would like a little more ankle support.

I love these shoes and they are so comfortable but for the price I wish they lasted longer. My last pair was only 5-6 months until it was blown out and no longer supportive. I'm hoping thise second pair lasts a little longer

Very Comfortable and the wide was the perfect size. The issue is not many wide sizes available, Black and white only.

I love the colors. However they are very firm in the sole. Also, I need them to come in a wide option. They just aren't near as comfortable as my wide New Balance shoes.

Amazing cushion just like a creamy glycerin. Only reason I am giving 4 stars because of the toe box, I ordered wide size but still some pressure on toes

I may go back to these. What I really want is a Glycerin Trail with Vibram Megagrip, and lower around the ankle bones. I was wanting a trail shoe, so I tried the Cascadia 17. While I liked the lower ankle bone area, I was wanting to go back to the Glycerin for the higher toe box. Then I wanted to go back to the Cascadia for the lower ankle bone area, grip, and not feeling the cushioning compress every step while rucking. I love black shoes, so the Glycerin. If the two shoes could have a baby. The Brooks Hatlen (Shawshank movie reference). My feet are size 9.5 medium. I have found the further I ruck, the bigger size shoes I need. I have a different brand I wearing in a 10. The next model I needed a 10.5. Now I prefer an 11 Wide in all my shoes. I also like the Cascadia because I don't have to tighten the heck out of the laces like I do with the Glycerin. Maybe I will just stop wearing shoes. I know I can't do that due to the different types of terrain I ruck on. I ruck everywhere. I don't own a vehicle, so I need shoes that work all day, as the only shoes I own. I seem to spend a lot of money for shoes that don't totally work for me. I just kind of settle for sorta works. Hopefully I can find something that totally works in the future.

This is my 5th edition of the Glycerins and they are consistent in terms of fit an comfort. I would say that this edition is less springy/cushiony feeling than the previous model. Still good stability and fit.

The most comfortable Brooks I've wore so far, this shoe model needs more and better styles

Not as much cushion as expected. I've run in Brooks Ghost for years and unable to tell any difference with the Glycerin

Tried this shoe and it's very good for me, but the same model with added stability is even better for me.

Comfortable shoe overall. Plenty of cushion and support. Felt great after a 5k as well as a full marathon distance. If you're looking for a more feel for the road, go with the Ghost. Lost a star due to the laces coming loose a few times.

I was nervous about switching models. But I do love these. I ordered men's sizes because every color I wanted in my size was unavailable. I might go up a half size. Only after I see how my big toe works in these. I'm worried they are a bit too close to my toe and mesh material will wear out like my Nikes. Which by the way I doubt I will ever buy a pair of Nikes again, now that I am into my 5th pair of Brooks in 2 years. Which I still wear.

Design and colors in the breakfast cereal color way is outstanding. Fit was true to size and went on effortlessly. Heel cushion was great. Really wanted just a little more mid-to-front cushion instead of the roll off, which does incite a quick turnover, but just wasn't what I needed in these.

Wide size does not improve the width of the sole so my foot was standing on the edges of the sole. They were returned. I ordered Ghost size 4E and the sole is wider.

Great shoe. Feels comfy and greath for a run. The midsole feels a bit bouncy as well. I wish brooks would make this same shoe but with a lower drop like 8mm
