These shoes were very comfortable just not quite soft enough for me. I was looking for something more plush otherwise I have zero complaints. They are very comfortable. I did end up returning them though.

Really comfy (most comfy) shoe to walk in but caused tightness in hamstrings and felt heavy on my 5mile runs, I prefer the new ghost for long distant runs.

The laces are horrible whatever material they are made out of. They are hard to get tight and they don't stay tight.

The fit is very good and colors are nice. The shoe strings are to short and come untied since I do not double knot the laces.

This is for me, a much improved version over the previous. Fit is great with plenty of toe box room, yet the heel fits well. I have a higher instep, as I am sure many neutral show wearers do, so I find the laces are really too short. Otherwise, a great shoe.

Comfortable sneaker but the laces come untied constantly.

I like the cushion, but the toe box, after a week of walking on them, was still a bit tight on my big toe.

I work on concrete floor all day love my brooks comfort all day long I'd say you can get atleast a year out of a pair but I have 2 pairs and always alternate them. This is my 4th pair.

Not sure how long they'll hold up. But very comfortable Good cushion and no need to size up or go wide. I'm a heavyweight so time will tell how long it will hold. Good looking shoe. Awesome colors

this was a great shoe-in-so-much, as I tried to replicate the characteristic on my recent Glycerin 21 purchase; although I am not a fan of white/colored soles; these old shoes are not as nice as the GLY 21. Gly-21 have a more conservative design, and can be worn on a simi casual event- not so with those silly colored soles:

Comfy for trying them on. Haven???t really worn them in yet. The toe box is ok but could be a little roomier. I was a regular launch user for years so there???s an expectation of a transition period. I love the color. If anyone says they didn???t see me coming they???ve got to be blind.

These look great, but have a firmer cushion than expected from seeing the height / thickness of the sole. My issue is the upper is a bit loose, my foot rattles around a bit more than others. The Glycerin 18 fits much better in that regard.

The Glycerin is my favorite shoe and I've run on several models throughout the years. My last pair was a Glycerin 20, so I ordered the same style and size when I saw they were on sale. However, this pair seems a bit longer and more narrow than my last shoe. Not sure why.

They fit perfectly. Shaoed just like my feet and look great. Unfortunately they are too firm for me to wear and be on my feet for more that 3 hours at time. Also the 10 mm drop was just a little too much. 8mm or less feels more natural for me.

This is my first time to buy the Glycerin, I have been wearing Adrenaline for years. I ordered the same size Glycerin that I have for Adrenaline (9.5) and the Glycerin is much larger....at least a 1/2 size larger. So that was a bummer.

I'm a delivery driver so I'm on my feet all day. I love these shoes!! The comfort is top tier for me being in them 4 days a week. The 2 things I don't love though, they are not water resistant and they don't last long. I've had mine for 3 months and I've already worn bigger holes in the tops of the shoe where my toes are.

I find that my right foot big toe is right up against the front of the shoe, but my left one has some room. Even though I got a half size larger than usual. I will look into exchanging them for a larger size.

The size and width (10.5 / 2E) of theses shoe are just about perfect for my feet. The shoe is comfortable, and I wear this show multiple times a week. Last pair lasted about a year (exact same model/size).

Bought and have worn several different brands of shoes, but when I purchased the Glycerin 19, I found them to be the softest and most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. When they started showing some wear, I purchased the 20 version believing they would be as good or hopefully even better. Unfortunately they were not. Although good shoes and better than most they were not close in comfort to my 19s. I wish they would have left the 19 version.

Nice cushion / comfortable feel right out of the box. Toe box fits a little snug.

My go-to show for years, the 20 continues this trend. My only problem is with the shoestrings, I have to either double knot or I will just replace with strings from a shoe taken out of the rotation. The 19 had excellent shoe strings without this issue. Other than that, the 20's for me have stayed fairly consistent with fit, feel and definitely durability.

Still Evaluating
I've heard so much about these shoes being a Brooks devotee. I found these are very comfortable when trying them out prior to purchase. I like the larger toe box! My initial run, only 5 miles, left me not totally hooked, but I feel I need to give it more time. As of now, I prefer my prior pair of Ghost 14 which I continue to rotate and use as my trainers. I currently go with Revels on my long runs. It is my hope that I can transition to the Glycerin for my long runs. I'm pretty sure I will grow to love running in these!

The sides of the tongue roll; otherwise I would rate the Glycerin 20 a solid 5 stars. Perfect cushion and fit and the weight is good. If the tongue was designed differently, I wouldn't even know they were on my feet. I also have two pairs of the stealthfit, but will be buying another pair of these when the time arrives. Perhaps Brooks will perfect the tongue in the next version.

Shoe provides good support and soles wear well. The top of the shoe on the other hand does not wear well and the fabric tears especially when confronting road debris like sticks. I have worn Glycerin shoes for a very long time and this was not an issue before so i would guess there was a change in the fabric used to make the shoe.

I like my new Glycerin 20s, but I don't LOVE them. To me, they fit well, but the toe box has already collapsed a bit after a couple of weeks. I had the same issue with my old Glycerin 19s.
