The most comfortable dressy shoe I own! I have bunions and have always had trouble finding a shoe that I can wear with slacks that don't make my feet hurt after a couple of hours. I am on my 12th hour of wearing these shoes and I can still walk, and they still feel comfortable. This is only my second day of owning the shoes, which my mother bought for herself, then gave them to me (brand new) because I needed a pair of shoes immediately. I am purchasing both of the other colors and a replacement pair for my mother. If they came in more than three colors, I would probably buy them too.

Shoes Are Us - These are very comfortable and very good looking shoes. I wear them frequently traveling on business and they are great.

Trotters Fit Me to a "T" My latest purchase of Trotters' Ash is also my third - the ONLY change was the color. This shoe is comfortable, stylish, well-constructed and reasonably priced.

Heel Huggers are great - Since I have narrow feet with a AAA heel, it's hard to find a shoe that's fits my heels snuggly. I try heel grips but they not only run my hose, but my heel still slips and I get terrible blisters. Not with these! My feet are size 11 and they are pretty close to size. I just wish the heel was a little flatter as any heel forces my feet forward in the little area of the more pointed toe box area and hurts somewhat. With time they'll stretch, but, otherwise fit good.

I love this shoe - This is the second color I ordered in the Trotter's Ash. This is a great shoe, providing classic style and comfort the first time you wear them. Really nice - Extremely comfortable glove-like fit. If you like this style of shoe, you will love these. I needed a half size larger than normal.

Happy Customer with my shoes - I have purchased these shoes before, and can walk ALL over every where in them. My narrow feet stay in with no floppy heel. The width and length are a superb fit.

Norwegian Male - Size 13M (B) What a great shoe !!! Elegant, stylish, and they have this "italian handmade" look. I ordered size 13M in black and they are G.R.E.A.T !!! I wear them with stockings on and they go well with both jeans and dress-pants. Compliments from others keeps coming in.... These shoes got the elastics on each side for a snug fit. Easy to put on. The pattern on the sole (underneath) could be a bit rougher or softer for a better grip on carpets. Take it slow in carpeted office-areas when they are new... Accidents do occur when turning around corners in a hurry (hehe) If your foot is wider than mine (10cm) choose a wider size.

A great place to shop! I love this shoe and have 3 pairs now. I wore a new pair the first time to a convention where I was on my feet all day and it was perfect. Zappos' service can't be beat. I love the free shipping and it arrived sooner than expected.

Better than expected! I was looking for a shoe that my orthotic would fit into and this shoe isn't it. BUT, it is so comfortable without that it makes a classy addition to my limited shoe department. 9 1/2 AA is HARD to find!

Help for big foot!! I have a tough time finding 12 narrow shoes... If I find a 12, it's usually wide, so when I find a store like Zappos, it's great!! The shoes fit fine, no pinched toes, or flopping up and down. The shoe looks great with slacks, jeans or skirts, and is comfortable to boot...and no shipping or handling...thanks

Very comfortable! This shoe broke in very easily - in DC I walk a lot and these shoes were comfortable all day on the first day. It runs very true to size. Looks great with dress pants!

Love these shoes! They are wonderful and very comfy. The width is great!

Smart looking shoe - This is able to be dressed up or down with jeans, slacks, suits or skirts. Comfortable and a good heel height for wearing all day long. The leather is so soft and the side elastic gussets are good for keeping the shoe snug to the foot. Great shoe. I have problems with my feet and these seem to be non irritating to my feet and that is a real bonus!

Great shoe - Looks great with slacks or suits. They fit fine, although, now that I am older, I could use a little more toe room.

A great looking, comfortable shoe - This is my first experience with this brand and I am not disappointed. I love the sleek style, and the elastic goring on the sides ensure a comfortable fit. They are very foot-flattering. These are shoes I will reach for often when I want a great looking casual flat. Highly recommend!

You have got to love these shoes! Terrific, low-heeled, stylish, comfortable and true to size. Very soft leather, perfect with pants--I can shop all day in these!

Trotters Ash - Good looking low heel shoe to wear with casual pants, and I love the brown color, but am going to have to exchange the Medium width for a Wide width.

Most comfortable shoe for my large feet - This is one of the few really comfortable cool weather shoes for my size 10 to 11 feet ! Wonderful with pants.

Comfortable Shoe - I too have a narrow foot and have found it is nearly impossible, even in the nicer department stores, to find narrow sizes. Shoe department managers have told me stores lose money because the demand for narrow sizes is so small. Zappos has come to my rescue! I am VERY pleased with my order. The shoes were exactly what I was looking for and were comfortable the first time I wore them. I was also impressed with ordering the shoes one morning and receiving the shoes in two days. I certainly will tell my friends (especially those with hard to find sizes) about Zappos.

The perfect everyday work shoe - I bought these about six months ago and waited to write this review until these shoes had stood the test of time. These shoes are extremely comfortable and have been so from the very beginning. I am a ballet dancer, so I have to have comfortable shoes that don't squeeze my damaged feet but are still narrow enough to stay on. These shoes were a great value and they look very nice.
