These seem to run small and narrow, and they didn't fit, despite receiving my usual W width. I will be returning them.

I usually need a 7W, but this shoe runs big. Returning. Would need a 6.5. Also wider than most heels I have worn. Wish they fit--very comfortable!!! Look great.

I ordered this in a 1/2 size up and am returning them for my regular size, 9N. They are very soft, comfortable and cute. I need a small heel for a bad arch and they will be perfect. Good price.

Wore them once so far and very comfortable for a pointy pump. Nice and cushy inside. Love the variegated leather. Nice style.

I love the style and color of this shoe. Such a cute shoe but alas I must return. My custom orthotics do not work with them and although the description says the insole is removable, it is not. It's glued. I ordered a 9 but my heel slips out and an 8.5, my usual size, would cramp my toes. Not made for square, plantar faciitis feet.

Bit too wide, heel ridiculously low, padded cheaply and arch isn't in the right place. Expected much nicer for the price.

The size 7 is to tight on my left foot, and the heel lifts up on the right.

Wierd - because I have this shoe in a different material (brushed leather) and fit well. This version is so stylish, but my feet came right out of them - definitely sad they don't fit

I like the style and material. It is the right size, but when I have on hose, my foot slips too far forward, leaving a gap at the back. When I don't have on hose my feet stay in play and they fit well. I think it is the way the shoe is made - not the size. Earlier, (the same shoes) I sent the size 8N back and ordered the 7 1/2, but it was too small. I decided to make these work; I made need to get a foot pad. etc. I have sent SOOO many pairs of shoes back; it seems that the shoes don't come in 8N or the store is out of stock. Any suggestions?

I wanted to love these as cute grey shoes are hard to come by. But just like previous reviews, the heel slipped! I even went a 1/2 size down. I liked that the toes box material comes up a little farther on the foot. However, the heel still slipped even with my toe up against the shoes.

They felt very narrow for double wides. Had to return.

This felt like a "double wide" rather than a wide and so must come back. Otherwise, a serviceable little pump and would likely have been comfortable to wear.

I wear a 7.5 EE with a high arch. These shoes fit very well for this size as I'm often in shoes that are too narrow for me. The style is nice for dress and the comfort is good for a dress shoe. The only complaint that I have is that the bottom of the heel is made with very slippery material. I'd be afraid to wear these without an adjustment. I'm planning to keep the shoes as I'm happy with the overall fit, but will bring them into a shoe repair to replace the material at the bottom of the heel into something less slippery.

Fit like my other Trotters of the same size. Very pretty shoe. For some reason, these shoes squeaked when I walked. I need them for a wedding.... will be escorted down the aisle.... so... can't have squeaky shoes.

I tried 3 sizes in this shoe and couldn't find any that fit. Started with the one they suggested (6) in patent leather and it was too small. Re-ordered in sizes 6.5 and 7 in the true leather and 6.5 was huge. Re-ordered the 6 again in the leather instead of the patent leather thinking that the natural material may be a bit bigger. But again it was too small. If you can find your fit, these are nice looking low heels. Also great they come in colors. The natural color is light almost a pinkish hue, not a true tan. Sorry they didn't fit.

These shoes are very pretty. I ordered the black patent leather, and they were a bit too stiff. That would have probably improved, but the heels were wide and my heels kept coming out of the shoe. It was true to size though, in length.

They look great but they were too narrow for my toes and too wide for my heel. Arch support wasn’t in quite the right place.

I was thrilled to find a comfortable pump that comes in narrow. But the bottom of the shoe is very slippery and I found my feet sliding around a bit on smooth floors. At one point, I was simply standing in one spot and my feet slipped out from under me and landed me on my butt. I checked and the floor was dry--there was no reason I should have slipped other than the shoes. But, finding a narrow pump that is comfortable is like finding a needle in a haystack, so I am keeping the shoes--along with some non-slip pads I stuck to the bottom.

The style & quality were fine, but my toes felt squeezed on sides and front, so I knew I'd never be able to wear these shoes for an entire evening.

Nice looking shoe but ran very large. Ordered in WW and seemed more like a Wide but too long also.

Pretty shoes but too long. Heel slips out when I walk. Order a half size smaller - if it won't crush your toes...

The shoes hurt. The width is so incorrect. My feet are a D width. These were way too small. What's interesting is I bought the exact same shoe, only they were the gray suede pumps. I just ordered the Navy waves in a EE width. I'll be sending the other ones back.

i ordered wide and they are huge...you should size down in width and length. I would have returned and ordered a smaller size but they are out of stock.
