These shoes have become my go to shoes for so many occasions. They are comfortable and look fabulous. I bought them for an evening event in Manhattan and put them on out of the box, then walked through the subway stations and streets of Manhattan, danced at the event, and walked back to the subway with them - they were great! No sores, blisters....nothing! They were comfortable from the start and have stayed that way. Depending on the shoe I am often a 10. 10.5, or 11 - sometimes a wide. I got this shoe in 11M and it's perfect. The nude color is perfect and goes with so many outfits. I can't say enough about this shoe!

Really sad. I bought a pair of black ones in 9W and they were so comfortable but a little too big, I kept them anyway but when I wanted a second pair, I ordered a 1/2 size down. TOO SMALL. The shoes are great, I hope it was just that pair that was off-spec. Anyway, not sure what size to order next time!

Bunion sufferes, this is the dress heel for you. I have literally tried dozens of pumps and this is the only one that I can wear for several hours at a wedding or event. The kitt heel keeps the pump from looking matronly and the black suede has give and puts less pressure on the bunions. If you have large bunions like I do, order in double wide but make sure you order your exact size or half size smaller or the pump will not stay on. Happy dancing...

These shoes are so comfortable but too long. I usually take a size 6M and these were a bit too long so I am exchanging them for a 5.5M.

I first ordered this in my usual size, 8.5, too big. Sent them back ordered an 8. Still too big, sending them back. Too bad because they are really cute but I don’t have time for all the ordering/returning.

Super cute, super classic, SUPER comfortable, unfortunately just a hair too big. I'm 10.5 Wide with bunions, usually I have to size up, if anything. These were slipping off the backs of my feet. I could see myself standing or walking in these all day comfortably.

These shoes beautiful. The heel is low enough for comfort, yet stylish. The contrasting fabrics only add to the style. It has a ogre at silhouette. Unfortunately they are being returned as they are too big in the heel:( I find they fun a bit large.

Very comfortable right out of the box, and I wear a size wide. Unfortunately a little too long, I kept slipping out of the shoe. I hope a half size smaller would be just as comfortable.

Nice fit but shoes had been handled too much while new; wear marks. I kept them because they fit and the style is good, and no others available in same size. Tried to clean/didn't work. Took to shoe shop to dye but they said not good idea, so am just wearing them as is.

I had ordered my usual size (8.5M) which was very large, so I ordered them in an 8M, which was (typically) too small. Too bad because I LOVE these shoes!

so pretty and feminine, comfortable in every way, except the bottom of the heel seemed to be made of slippery plastic. In the end I was not able to wear these, because every time I tried them on in my house {walking short distances}. invariable i would slip when putting my heel down and my foot would go skating out in front of me, as if I was on sheer ice! No matter how careful I was, I would slip. So unfortunate, they were so comfortable and well made in every other way- I hope they change the material in the future, the plastic black tip on the bottom of the heel needs to be changed.

I have tried shoes in the same size, style but manmade pu leather. None of them fit. These do not pinch, felt comfortable from the very first step. It is worth the extra money.

I have a very wide foot, and I always order a EE width, and they can be pretty ugly. These were comfortable and not at all embarrassing.

Size was perfect and nice heel for a classic shoe.

Though I have retired from Corporate America, I still need "decent pumps". The kitten heel is perfect!

Very pretty shoe, but I realize I can no longer wear narrow heels. It's block heels or nothing for me.

Beautiful shoes! The 6 1/2 wide is the perfect fit for me- comfortable toe room, comfortable everything! I am usually size 7 in flat loafers, sometimes a 6 1/2 wide(small bunion), but both of those sizes in this shoe was too long for me, my heel slipped completely out of the shoe, but 6 wide is perfect! Feminine and pretty, kitten heel, neutral grey suede that will go with many outfits!

Comfortable, very pretty shoes, soft grey with kitten heel. I had to return them because they were too big, my heel slipped right out of the size 7 reg. width, although otherwise the shoe was comfortable with a padded insole, padded arch support, and comfortable toe box. I tried 6 1/2 wide{ i have worn wide in the past to accommodate a small bunion} and same thing, very comfortable but too long, my heel slips right out, shoe won"t stay on my foot. I am going to try the size 6 wide, which is on the way. My shoe size went up from 6 1/2 to size 7 two years ago. I wear size 7 in all of the flat loafers I buy. These are great shoes, just longer than usual(for me at least). Thank you Zappos for allowing returns!

These shoes are so soft and comfortable. I ordered in wide and they fit great. My only complaint is minor issue with one heel slipping, so I will just put one of those heel pads on it. I’m so used to never being able to get a nice shoe that fits comfortably that this was a great treat. Trotters is going to be my go to brand now!

I like the shoe but need a size 9. Can I just exchange it or should I look on line for my size on your web sight and order it (if still available.) And return these which you make so very easy (thank you.)
