The fit was good, however I was disappointed to see that the insole had been glued slightly to the side causing a wrinkle (photo). However this didn’t affect the comfort. Also when I opened my box I saw what looked like 2 eyelashes in the shoe—odd. However what I can’t get past is that they squeak a lot when I walk. So, unfortunately they will be going back.

Love the black suede and kitten heel. I am usually a 7B which felt a tad tight, but the 7-1/2 was much too big. I'm keeping the 7B as the suede should stretch somewhat when I wear them outside.

I ordered several low-heeled pumps for size and style comparison, and I ended up keeping the Trotters Kiera. They are comfortable for walking; not so much for standing for any period of time more than say 15 minutes. This low heel is still too high for me now; I need no more than an inch. So if you’re still able to wear pretty heels, I would say give these a try.

I was advised to order a half size up and they were too big. I was looking for something fun, unique to wear to a wedding. The style was great, but ultimately, I went to something simpler, to let my dress shine.

This was a beautiful neutral color with a lovely basic style and nice heel. I had to return it unfortunately due to being tight in the toes. I originally ordered a 10WW, and it was a bit big, but exchanged it for a 9.5 WW. It didn't work unfortunately.

Fit well in the toe, very badly in the heel. Much too wide in the heel. I put in heel grips in the back and they helped a little, but I still have to walk carefully to keep my shoes from coming off, which is really not something you want in a shoe. On the other hand, they're very comfortable and not bad looking.

These shoes seem just a bit bigger than most 6.5s and slipped off my heel too easily. I added a heel pad and now they are great. I don't wear heels very often, but need a pair for occasional events. The leather on these shoes is soft and they are more comfortable than most heels.

Disclaimer: I am not someone who usually wears pumps, so this style is already outside my "comfort zone". I bough these for upcoming interviews - needed something slightly more "professional/business" than what I usually wear. Nice shoe which actually did fit my very wide feet (9WW). The toe box is adequate but not roomy, and I made the mistake of wearing them to a conference the 1st time I wore them so my feet were screaming by the end of the day. I thought they'd work (which is why I didn't return them before wearing), but I'd advise ordering 1/2 size up for those with really wide feet like mine. Nice style. Cute heel without being high (I'm tall enough, thanks), & easy to walk in. Seem like good-quality. No problems with the back rubbing my heel raw. Nice shoes, just a wee bit too small in the toebox (but this may be me not being used to wearing this style of shoes).

These fit very well in a half size up. I have a narrow foot. Usually I wear 9 and these fit in 9 1/2. I have other Trotters that are a half size up as well. I got the silver/gray. They are a bit more gray than I expected but the comfort and fit is so good, I will try to keep them. Our son is getting married and I wanted a comfy heel. I think the color will work with my dress. I also think the color will work well with other clothes. So happy to find something this comfortable right out of the box. They are a cute, classic style.

Nice shoe but did not work for me. I exchanged for a cute block heel pump from Walking Cradles.

Fit was good but a little to pointy of a toe for my wide feet. Very soft leather, 2” heel but seemed like 1”.

When I first received these I tried them on and they felt really small in the toe box.The shoes have cushioning built into the toe box which makes it feel cramped. I decided to wear them around the house for a few hours and it stretched enough to feel comfortable. So I am keeping them. The kitten heel is a true kitten heel and is very easy to walk in. The style is perfect. I got the black to go with most of my dresses. The pointed toe is not enough to squeeze the toes.

I ordered the 9.5 WW, this is much too wide for my feet. Am returning for the 9.5 wide. The heel is very low, so really looks closer to a flat than a heel, but very comfortable for this same reason and because of the more rounded toe.

Unfortunately for me, my left foot is 8.5 and my right foot is 8. Because of this the right shoe is loose in the heel. I put a heel pad in and it helps. Not the perfect situation, but something that I always have to deal with. The shoe is stylish and because I am not a kid anymore, I appreciate the lower heel.

Nice dressy style; fit as well as most EE width shoes. However, given my current set of back problems, I can't handle skinny heels even that high,so back they go. Getting old is a bitch.

I love the look of this grey shoe! I am a senior citizen whose feet have seen a lot of wear and find it hard to get a dress shoe to fit me and look good. These seem great so far. I like the color and the heel, which is glossy but will take some moisture if needed. I looked for quite a while to find a shoe that won't pinch me in the big toe area where I have some nerve problems.

If you're looking for a very basic pump, this is it! Fit great in a wide width and that's always a problem for me. Just found the shoe to be a little too frumpy to go with a cocktail dress which is why I bought it, so it's going back.

I purchased the tan multi color, really really cute with a kitten heel height that's easy on the feet . They feel just a hair tight on the sides, but I'm keeping them, because I'm thinking they will stretch out. I got a size 10 Medium. Great arch support, I haven't worn trotters before so I don't know if this is true with all of their shoes.

I'm a true size 11 (11 inch-long foot) but the size chart for this shoe suggested I needed a size 12. I'm so glad I looked at the size chart before ordering! The 12 fits with little toe room to spare. The size 11 would likely be more like a 10.

Super comfortable! Probably the most comfortable heel I’ve ever tried on. Got them on the metallic tan and they were pretty. They just didn’t work with the outfit I bought them for. Wish the toe was a little pointier, too, to make them more stylish.

I am new to this brand but so far I am impressed. The brand delivered on style and comfort. Since I am transitioning from higher heels to shoes with kitten heels I just do not want the shoe to look matronly. These do not and I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I loved everything about these shoes however, they were a little tight. I have very wide rectangular feet and they were just s bit too snug.

This shoe was very attractive and well made. Unfortunately my feet are difficult to fit and the pointed toes ended up being a deal breaker for me. It made me sad to send them back because they were very nice.

Very pretty shoe but the heal was a little too skinny for me and sadly I did return the shoe. The nude color was very pretty and the shoe material was very soft. Very nice shoe.
