I ordered two pairs of these shoes in two different colors. The navy had a very hard footbed, pinched across the widest part of my toe box despite the fact that I ordered a wide width, and had zero arch support. The nude pair felt like a dream, and had visibly different construction in the footbed that was much more comfortable and provided enhanced arch support. However I walked out of that pair as it felt a half size too large. Returning both. Sadly.

Slipped in the heels, and I walked out of them after a couple of minutes. I really wanted these to work. The leather was soft and pretty. The footbed was very comfortable in the nude color. I ordered two pairs, nude and navy. The navy pair, while in the exact same style and size, had a very hard footbed, pinched across the widest part of my foot, and zero arch support. Returning both.

I expected these to fit and feel great. Sadly, they didn’t at all.

I decided not to keep because I thought the heel was too skinny for how short it was.

I thought this was the same I shoe I own in two other colors/patterns, but this was much poorer quality and was incredibly tight! Trotters stopped doing the little gel logo and this felt like they farmed this overseas or something. Returning. Awful!

Took two steps and slipped on the wood floor. Second time it happened they went right back in the box. Sorry, cute and comfortable doesn’t matter if I’m going to slip and fall.

I ordered two pair of these because the first pair had a hole in the leather! The second pair was sized incorrectly! So needless to say, I’ll be looking for another brand of pump!

Very disappointing. The box was damaged. the shoes weren't even packaged like they were new. The suede looked warn in places. ): I have to say this is the first negative have found with Zappos in over 15 years.

Felt too tight and a bit short. Did not think the leather looked real. Toe a bit too rounded.

It is disappointing to order a so-called "narrow" and then have to spend the time returning a shoe that slops off your foot with every step.

I love the look of these shoes, so when my go to size 10M didn't fit, I reordered a 10.5, and 10W, but sadly, no luck. The toe box is very narrow. When I ordered a Wide, the heel slipped on and off. Fortunately, Zappos makes returns super convenient.

Good cushioning, which was not loose as other reviews have indicated. Runs small, not wide enough even in a wide width, not enough room in toe box even though toe is almond-shaped, looks "molded" rather than designed or made.

I am so tired of shoes being presented as WW and when tried on they are no more than a C width! Please make some wide shoes for us wide feet people!!!!

Don’t buy! I have only just started to wear these, after 3 times on they are falling apart!? Very disappointed!

Really hate leaving negative review, however..I bought two pairs of these heels in grey, another in taupe. The left shoe was larger that the right, markedly larger in one. Neither was a good fit. Sent them back, moved on to another brand.

Although I ordered a wide width, this shoe fit tight. I returned because of that.

Pros: available in wide widths, low heal, modest toe cleavage. Cons: just too frumpy looking for my taste, color was not a true navy - more like a royal blue, too large and sloppy. Net result = returned. The search continues for a cute navy heal for winter.

I took a chance because I wear very wide shoes and these were wide enough. The length was long, slipped right out. With this said, I usually order a half size up because of my width. Loved the shoes though. I am getting a half size smaller.

These shoes squeek!!!! I didn't realize it at home. I guess I didn't walk around much or my house was noisy. Nope - not until walking down the hall for my job interview did I notice that my shoes were ridiculously NOISY!! Very embarrassing.

I’m hunting for a comfortable basic black pump that will accommodate a prominent bunion on one foot. So far, I have returned these shoes simply because they bite right into my bunion (aside from that, the shoes seem fine): Rockport Seven to 7; Rockport Total Motion Kalila; Trotters Kiera; Naturalizer Betty; and SAS Elaine. The hunt continues. I appreciate Zappos service of “sending the dressing room to me,” so I can try and compare various brands, styles, and sizes.

These shoes are beautiful, but were terribly tight in the entire front and the toe box. I wear between and A and B width. These felt like a AA. I couldn't take even 4 steps in them. Sadly, they are going back.

I had high hopes for this shoe especially since it also came in different widths which is rare to find. The material appeared to be quality and style timeless. I typically wear a 9-1/2 med but have started buying size 10 in a low heel since my feet have widened as I've age. I ordered the 10W to give me more room in the toe box area. When I received the shoes I immediately could tell the material was not a quality or even mid-level quality material. It was suppose to be suede but it was very cheap and I doubt if it was real, probably man made. The shoes had no "give" at all!!. Even that I ordered the wide I couldn't get my foot in the shoe at all. The shoes are extremely narrow. Since the shoe is extremely miss-made in terms of foot shape and size for most feet or at least mine, I did not consider reordering in the larger size and width than I had ordered. Unless you have a size 6 - 8 narrow. dainty, perfect feet you will probably have problems with this shoe. I was very disappointed.

These were okay looking heels because I was looking for something silver for a wedding. My ankle has a lot of damage, so there was no comfort for me wearing these. If a person had no foot issues or ankle issues, they would be comfortable enough to wear for a special occasion...but because of my bad ankles, I would not have been able to walk and stand for long periods of time, so sadly, had to send them back. I am so thankful for Zappos, though, because I do not live any where near shopping, so this is my only way of buying items like these. I am so thankful for this online shopping.

OMG, I could barely get my foot inside of it! I'm technically a 9.5 W, so I ordered WW to make sure they fit. I just couldn't believe they didn't fit. I wanted a shoe to cover up my toes in the winter to wear to work. Very disappointed.
