I was sent the wrong sized product. I returned the item and haven't received my refund. 4 weeks later

I bought it for my wife and the inner foam/mesh ripped in both shoes, she's only used this for 2 weeks walking around the city. It's a shame and the quality definitely isn't worth that price.

Very disappointed. After 2 weeks there's extreme wear on sole!!! Please contact me in relation to this... I was trying to contact asics Ireland but they're not taking calls at this time????

Been wearing gel kayanos wide for close to 20years. The 27 gave me a blister, sore ankle and hip. The wide toe box and pronation support was always fantastic until this model. I returned them after a weekend of jogging. Very disappointed.

Del Kayanos normally run like a dream (have run in them for nearly 20yrs), but the 27s have far too narrow a toe box, and are much shorter than they used to be. Would need to go up 1.5 sizing and to D minimum width. I have narrow heels but my toe alignment is healing/straightening after a year mostly without shoes in lockdown. Regardless, the 27s pinched my toe/feet bones nearly on top of each other, which the 26s don't do at all. However, I recently found out also that my last set of Del Kayanos (26s) eventually gave me an allergy to colophony/rosin, which rubbed off the label inside the tongue and off the brand name print on the top side of the insole. This means I have a square-ish rash on the front of each ankle the exact size and placement of those labels which I'm struggling to heal. This also means I can barely wear ANY shoes now of ANY make/model (ever again) - I'm having a very hard time finding any that are safe (and that makes me also now allergic to most toilet paper, newsprint, books, wrapping paper, magazines, dental floss, etc etc.). Apparently the 27s include even more colophony/rosin in their construction than the 26s, so are even less safe, so I had to return them. Love the Del Kayano legacy, but the model is definitely taking a turn for the worse fit wise, and the Asics Restricted Substance List limitations just aren't remotely safe enough. Currently around 1% of the general population are allergic to colophony rosin like I am. Del Kayanos might well be increasing that percentage.

Didn't receive item. Customer service non-existent. Very disappointing.

I had changed from FF Blast to these which was a big mistake. These are extremely hard underfoot and I'm very disappointed with them.

I have a problem with these trainers. There is a manufacturing fault - the left inside cushioning is far bigger than the right inside and has been pressing on my foot. After two runs It's so painful I cannot wear them anymore. I always buy ASICS and have never had this problem before. I don't know what to do as I bought them online and they were very expensive.

Th8s pair of sneakers my left shooe feels like they are 6 months old. Not happy withy purchase.

Loved kayano 26 but for some reason the 27 put too much pressure in forefoot of shoe - so sad - now have to find another brand of shoe

This is a woman's 10.5 shoe, it was listed as being for men.

It is not comfortable as it says, and it does not keep your feet cool, but the opposite. It hurts the toes and the side of the feet, also makes your feet really sore after using it for a walk.

I returned these shoes because they were not the right size or fit. I am still expecting my refund and no contact has been made to me.

The 26 has more cushion the 27 not enough cushion in sole...low arch support

I love the Kayano 25. The 27 didn't feel like it gripped my heel, making them feel like they would slip off.

I did not like this shoe at all. I thought it would be like the 26 but it was more narrow and not as comfortable.

I honestly did not like them. I usually purchase the Gel Nimbus but thought I'd give these a try. I did not like the back portion of the shoe that sits near your heel. It is very slippery and rubs when I run.

Can't write any review because I have no item at all The review is that ASICS UK is the worse, is going to be 1 month in couple of days after I purchased the the items.

I haven't received either product I ordered or had any communication with ASICS at all.

I have loved the kayanos in the past, but I have had a lot of issues transitioning to this one. I don't like that the plastic on the toe of the shoe doesn't cover the whole front. It causes the fabric to sink in when you run. Also, the shoe can feel like I can't run straight and I feel like I am relearning to run. I was very disappointed that I can't seem to transition into this shoe very easily. I am not sure what you changed, but I am scared this shoe could hurt my knees. This is a very expensive shoe to want to consider buying something else because it could hurt my knees.

These shoes used to be my go-to shoes for my chronic plantar fasciitis. No more! The foot bed is hard and the shoe is stiff. No arch support either. Get New Balance. Far superior!

I had to add arch support and the heel is already wearing so over this brand. No matter how much you pay they do not last!

I've always loved my ASICS, the cushion in the sole is amazing. I just got these new ones and went for a walk. By the time I reached mile 2 my inner heal has a ridge from the padding that was externally painful. This has never happened with these shoes before. I wasn't sure if I could even give a 2 nd try to see if it was just new shoes. I will call customer service and see what I can do.
