Nice for occasional wear but not comfortable for long distances

Took over 10 days to arrive and faulty when they got here. When shoe bends they create inverts that rub toe DO NOT BUY

I've had ASICS Gel-Cumulus 17 for 5+ years and have loved those shoes. When I read reviews about the newer Cumulus, the new ones seemed to run narrow. I have a medium/wide foot size 8.5. I tried the ASICS Gel-Kayano 27 because the reviews seemed to be true to size. Nope. At first they seemed like they fit and just needed to break in. I went for a walk outside and my toes were tingling numb. I am so disappointed. They are too tight to feel comfortable. The shoelaces are very thin material and are much shorter compared to my other ones. I regret giving these a try outside because now I can't return them.

I had to send these shoes back. They were uncomfortable due to a spot right at my big toe pushing down on the top of my toe/toe nail. They fit great and were comfortable other than the defect at the toe.

I was really looking forward to this shoe. Turned out to be so disappointing. The glue connecting the shoe are the sole was highly visible on BOTH shoes. Considering the sneakers were all all black, this was unacceptable. Lastly, the fit was nothing like the Kayano 26's. Extremely disappointedreturned them.

Toe box is too narrow. Third shoe I have purchased and cannot wear.

As a healthcare worker I depend on good shoes to help me get thru the day. These shoes were a huge disappointment. My knees hurt so bad I started limping. As soon as I stopped wearing the shoes the knee pain stopped. Fellow healthcare workers beware because for the price I am beyond disappointed.

There is no cushion in these shoes AT ALL! They made the balls of my foot feel hot when running from being so stiff. After only 90 miles the bottoms of the shoes look completely worn. I went back to my old shoes with 400 miles on them and they felt almost new after running in these. Look elsewhere!

Toe box on all ASICS is much more narrow than in the past. I no longer can find an ASICS shoe that fits my foot. Very disappointing.

I have been a loyal Asics customer for many years but I was very disappointed in these shoes. I have only had them for 7 months and they ripped all down the side where my toes now hang out. This has never happened with any of my other Asics so I'm honestly quite sad and feel like I wasted my money on these. I still love Asics but I do believe these shoes we poorly made

Something is off about the fit and comfort of these. I do not recommend them.

I sent the size 7 back and asked to exchange for a 6.5 but was refunded the cost of the sneaker (not the shipping). I was disappointed and just gave up. The reason I ordered the size 7 instead of my normal 6.5 is because your site recommended the 7 and I went along with the suggestion assuming maybe they run a bit snug but they were too large. I was truly looking forward to enjoying them but I gave up trying as I didn't feel I should have to pay for shipping again.

I am an avid runner and I have purchased numerous shoes from Asics. This particular pair I purchased for an outdoor trail half marathon. I was very disappointed with the fit and quality of the shoe. My medial arch had bruising. Even lacing the shoes tightly resulted in poor stability and shifting in my front foot.

I have always worn Gel Kayano shoes in a size 8, but these caused me a lot of pain on the top of my left foot and in the toes of my left foot after wearing them for one day.

I have worn ASICS Kayanos for many years. This version has been soooo uncomfortable! The first time I wore them a deep crease or indent formed at the sides in the toe box. So deep that it constantly rubs on my toes. I tried multiple pairs of this version and every pair did this. I am not liking the changes!

Very uncomfortable, will look for something different

I have run in Keyano Gel for years and I'm very, very disappointed in the 26 & 27. They aren't lasting, the inside is breaking down way to fast. I just bought Brooks to compare I miss my old ASICS!

Have been using Kayanos for 10+ years, 5 or 6 pairs a year, really disappointed this time. Labeled as size 12, but at least 1/2 inch smaller, tagged as 28.5cm when their fitting chart says they should be 29.5cm. basically a size 10.5. Returned them, will have trouble ordering them online again, they just ruined my latest race.

I have been wearing this shoe for years. This shoe I just received is made from different materials than previous shoes. So hard and stiff can barely get foot in. Very uncomfortable.

This pair of sneakers hurt my feet. I have tried to wear them untie to maybe stretch them but they still hurt. I am so disappointed because I have purchased acis befor and never had a problem. This purchase threw me for a loop.

Sizing was off. Terrible. Ordered a 9 1/2 wide and could not even put the shoe on, it looks more like a kids shoe.

These shoes were narrow and hurt my feet. Asics used to be my favorite shoes. Thought I would try them again and had to go back to my old shoes. I thought maybe they needed to be broken in. Didnt work.

Not true to size. Tried to exchange for another size but they would not honor my sale price. Why would I want to pay more for half a size. Returning and sticking to Nike.
