I had to give in and try these shoes since I have so much foot pain. First of all, SAS shoes are very ugly. They are made to be fashionable for people over the age of 75. They weren't as comfortable as I thought they would be. Also, the velcro piece to secure the straps is not very big. The straps are not made to be tightened or loosened. They are just there for easy on / easy off. In New Balance shoes, I wear a women's 7 width 4E and so I ordered the same size here. They were way too long and wide. If I actually liked these, I would have exchanged for a 6.5 2E.

I needed wider sandals and a sole that is softer and has more give to it.

I wish I had a better brand, I would buy it.

These have potential to be VERY comfortable given the adjustability of all the straps and the soft material all around. However, the shape of the footbed is extremely wide at the heel. So even though I was wearing the correct size, the shoes looks too big at the back. Basically, the shape of my feet follow the footbed at the front and middle, but the heel area of the footbed sticks out way past my feet so it looks cloddy and clumsy.

I ordered a wide width and these shoes are very wide, almost as if they were a double wide. The cross straps have velcro ends but it didn't help at all when I tried adjusting them.

Not happy. These online order sizes are not the same sizes you purchase in a box store. There was no disclaimer that the online sizes run smaller than purchasing in a store.

Item was defective . Straps were not finished at the factory and could not be worn ...I will reorder the same and hope for the best. This was a size 7 and a half Black "nero color which was black... also had different color stitching on parts of the shoes.

Not enough protection for the toes. I have the Capri and Nudu sandals and the toes are protected in both of those styles.

I liked the shoes and they were comfortable. There is a workmanship issue though. The leather strip that runs down the center of the top of the shoe is off. On the right shoe is is 1 1/2 inches longer than the strip on the left shoe. The left shoe fit perfectly. I would buy another pair if it was assembled properly.

I liked everything about this sandal except the straps. They are to short. SAS shoes are expense. I don't understand why they have to short change the straps on there sandals. Wake up SAS give the customer what they are paying for. What is wrong with giving the customer a little extra on the straps.

The Velcro closings are failing after only a few months. Velcro might be okay for some areas of a sandal, but for the main strap that holds them on your feet, it's a bad design. Other SAS sandals have lasted me 2-3 summers, but these less than 1. This is the second time I have been disappointed with SAS sandals. The other time is another story. I have lost my trust in your shoes.

Much too wide for Narrow. Even with Velcro straps, exposes to much of toe area and doesn't hold foot in enough if you have a narrow foot. Disappointing, it was unattractive.
