These shoes are very comfortable and flexible. The only problem I had was when I walked in them, my heel wanted to ride on the outside edge of the shoe and not in the center of the heel space where it belonged. I have a narrow heel and it seemed I had too much room in the heel area.

It would help me if the straps were a little longer. My feet swell over the course of the day and I need to adjust the straps. Nice looking well made shoes.

Love the support and comfort of this SAS shoe. This is my second pair. It is a bit more stylish than most SAS. The strap near the instep became discolored over time. It is much darker than the other straps, and does not match at all. Quality control issue for a pricey shoe?

These are attractive but they arrived damaged — the connecting length of “T” strap was untethered and the interior lining was a bit shredded, making it difficult (impossible for me) to thread through. They seem a bit wide but very comfy. I think I would like these had they not been damaged.

I usually wear 8.5 W. This wide was very wide all across the toes, looked a bit like a bear paw! More sole where you don't need it, beyond the ends of your toes and out to the side. Tried an 8.5 medium, but not a good fit for me.Could have been comfortable, good cushioning but not for my foot. Nice quality, pleasant looking. Wish it had worked.

Very soft and cushiony. I am normally a size 11.5 Narrow, the length on the 11 was perfect from big toe to heel.... BUT, they have strangely cut the shoe so there is a lot of extra room between the tops of my other toes (and I have long toes!) and the end of the shoe. It seemed a little weird - otherwise nice that the velcro wasn't too grandma style, but for my narrow feet didn't quite fit as I needed the velcro to tighten further.

I ordered 10.5 2E based on my previous experience w/ SAS shoes but found the sandals were at least a half size too long and the width, although correctly fit, made my feet look wider than they are. The sandal sole looked too wide for the straps and seemed to widen and flatten my foot shape so that I felt like I had duck feet. Too bad because otherwise they're cute sandals. Perhaps they would be cuter on someone who doesn't need a wide size.

these are very comfortable and adjustable. expensive, but so far these are great

I usually order medium width which was way to wide for my foot, narrow was almost too wide but the adjustable straps over the foot tightened up nicely. The support for plantar fasciitis is very good, at least for my foot. The shoe style is just so so. Nothing outstanding but the comfort makes up for it.

Fit was good overall. A quality sandal. I was not really pleased with the style. I preferred the look and feel of NUDU slide over all the other SAS I tried.

Just not quite enough support for my high instep, and seemed too long.

Fit and size were fine, however, with such a soft leather, I was afraid that they'd stretch out and I wouldn't be able to wear them anymore. Due to a narrow foot, I had the straps adjusted all the way. It's a cute sandal, but the leather was too soft to hold my foot.

The shoe fits comfortably, but I didn’t think it was stylish enough for my needs so I did not keep it. If comfort over style is the most important thing to you, then I would highly recommend this shoe.

I love that SAS makes their sandals in wide as well as average width. I also love the clever fabrication on this shoe -- the t-strap is completely removable. That gives me one pair of sandals with two different looks. Sadly, though, it is too wide in the heel so the sandal slips around on my foot...and will have to be returned.

These are nice looking shoes and so comfortable. However, they do not come in slim so they were too wide and I had to return them.

I keep trying to find a style in SAS that can fit my foot because the foot bed is so comfortable and they're so well made, with good support. But.... the shoes are either too long in front of the toes in size 9, or the foot bed is just a little short in the 8.5. They are also is bit wide in the M so I was excited to try these since you can adjust all the straps. I want a comfortable walking shoe that has a little style. I don't want to discourage anyone from these shoes, because I suspect I am just one of those people whose foot size is in between SAS's sizing. I am SO sorry Zappos for the returns, and you are just the most gracious company!

I love SAS brand of shoes, but this sandal was not as comfortable as I expect from this brand.

These are just very comfortable. The Velcro makes it easy to put on. My heel pain and flatter feet were very comfortable in these shoes.

This "narrow" is still too wide for my AAAA feet, so the heel strap in particular is kind of loose and I'm near the end of the Velcro fastenings. The foot bed is very comfy, being sueded and soft, and I can draw the other straps tightly enough, though I'll be out of luck if they stretch. The straps on one of my shoes arrived misassembled -- from the factory I suppose, since it looked completely unused -- so I started off with a 3D puzzle. Usability and style are good, so these are keepers. SAS offers good value IMO for hard-to-fit tootsies like mine.

very comfortable,SAS is so much like walking on a cloud, however, 7.5 is too long. another SAS style in 7.5 fit the correct length

I have flat feet, large bunions, narrow heel, and a high instep. I typically wear an 8 WW in SAS and was ecstatic to see SAS on Zappos. This shoe (Sorento) only comes in a W. While the footbed was wide enough (including the toe area) and very comfortable, the straps were not long enough; much of the velcro was still visible. I suspect it would fit a W foot fine, so that is why I gave it high stars. The leather is extremely soft, so I am disappointed this shoe does not fit my feet. I am very thankful for Zappos and for reviews because shopping in retail stores is often futile for folks like me with wide feet. I do all my shoe shopping via Zappos.
