These are just very comfortable. The Velcro makes it easy to put on. My heel pain and flatter feet were very comfortable in these shoes.

This "narrow" is still too wide for my AAAA feet, so the heel strap in particular is kind of loose and I'm near the end of the Velcro fastenings. The foot bed is very comfy, being sueded and soft, and I can draw the other straps tightly enough, though I'll be out of luck if they stretch. The straps on one of my shoes arrived misassembled -- from the factory I suppose, since it looked completely unused -- so I started off with a 3D puzzle. Usability and style are good, so these are keepers. SAS offers good value IMO for hard-to-fit tootsies like mine.

very comfortable,SAS is so much like walking on a cloud, however, 7.5 is too long. another SAS style in 7.5 fit the correct length

I have flat feet, large bunions, narrow heel, and a high instep. I typically wear an 8 WW in SAS and was ecstatic to see SAS on Zappos. This shoe (Sorento) only comes in a W. While the footbed was wide enough (including the toe area) and very comfortable, the straps were not long enough; much of the velcro was still visible. I suspect it would fit a W foot fine, so that is why I gave it high stars. The leather is extremely soft, so I am disappointed this shoe does not fit my feet. I am very thankful for Zappos and for reviews because shopping in retail stores is often futile for folks like me with wide feet. I do all my shoe shopping via Zappos.

I loved the support and comfort as soon as I put these on, but the fit was just a little too loose at tightest closure, a little but short I guess, but maybe just because of the looseness, as my big toes were edging to slide off. I also was not really excited about the color. I tried taking off the cross piece as they showed it could be worn this way, and I liked the look better, but the fit was not any more secure. I also felt the velcro did not seem as strong as in some of my other shoes. I have narrow feet with narrower heel than toe base, wear normally 8.5 N. I do believe anyone who gets this in proper size to fit in a color selection they like, will be pleased at the comfort and support.

These are cute sandals, but there was something scratchy that irritated the top of each foot. They aren't comfortable.

The leather was a bit too stiff for comfort to suit me.

Fit was decent. However the heel strap is too low and tends to slide down (especially if I'm wearing socks with them), and I have very high arches and the ankle strap has been shortened by about a half inch since the last time I purchased these shoes, so I don't feel like there is enough connection for the hook & loop fastener to stay stuck together.

Liked the look of these sandals but the straps just didn’t work. Arch support adequate. Ran true to size.

The straps were well-sized for a narrow foot, but the footbed/sole is wide. I felt like I was wearing snowshoes, so sent them back. I wish SAS would include the last number for each model; it would make choosing new styles much easier.

These sandals were a little large for me and I was disappointed at the minimal arch support. While they have good cushioning and a little arch support they don’t provide enough arch support for my plantar fasciitis.

Skimpy straps were not long enough to attach once shoe is on, even though the width of the footbed was correct.

Comfy but too wide... and a bit too short for my foot. I'm needing a narrow 10 3/4. Wish they came like that. I think they would work if not so wide in the foot bed.

This sandal is similiar to one by Taos. This sole is too stiff for me, the straps across the toes are not as comfortable and even when the velcro allows to widen the opening, they still rub on my toes. I had the Taos and the position of the strap bothered my ankles, but I think the sole was much more comfortable for me. I have a Morton's neuroma and probably some plantar fascinties gping on. I will try the Taos sandal again. This shoe just was not comfortable for me. I even have a narrow foot, but I think the Taos sandal was a better fit.

Disappointed in this sandal . For the price I expected better, the Velcro does not hold and my foot walks right out of the sandal, I would return but I think I waited to long. I would not recommend.

The picture of this sandal shows a back strap across the ankle which the pair sent to me did not have. I require a back strap due to foot surgery.

The shoes fit well, but honestly when I put them on it was clear they were orthopedic sandals. They were seriously lacking style.

Nice sandal. Shoes were one half size too big over-all.

I am so disappointed I can not wear this sandal any longer. I am a 5 1/2 M and have noticed the straps have been shortened so while making the adjustments the velcro shows which spoils the look of the sandals. SAS is the only sandals I have been extremely happy with now I have to keep trying to see what will fit. Thank heavens for Zappos, they are the best.

Loved the style, comfort and support. Only problem is the shoe length is to long. Once I have these shoes on, they look a 1/2 size too large. That is why I gave the overall rating 3 stars. I am returning these.

My first experience with SAS, I tried Sorrento, Nudu and Marina. I only kept Marina. I wish I could say exactly why these shoes didn't work for me, but I'm not sure. They are very cushioned and felt incredibly comfortable when I put them on. The adjustable straps are great. Style was just okay for me. Praline color was a little drab, not as rich as the photo. You would think comfort is all about walking, but while standing in these shoes for some time, my feet felt fatigued. While the super cushioning may work for many, I actually prefer a firmer foot bed, as in the Marina. I will say they were very good quality and fit well and look like they were built to last.

Insufficient arch support for me, and I'm learning that I do NOT like velcro closures. They make noise when I walk. Maybe they settle in place after a little while. But I couldn't get that far because of the lack of arch support I now need.

I was excited To get this shoe. I found it extremely flat and field they would not be enough watch for anyone to wear from long time. Also it really wasn’t that stylish looking. It was very flat and dullish But it was comfortable
