These slippers are replacing a previous pair my husband had for several years. He liked the dark brown color, but really likes the new grey ones as well. A substantial slipper with quality leather. The fit is great and the ties make them somewhat adjustable. Do watch the LLB video in how to tie a secure knot so hey dont keep coming undone. The tread is sturdy, wears well. Flannel lining is soft and doesnt over heat the foot.

Comfortable. And while I wouldn't start out in them if it were raining, they handle puddles and wet sidewalks easily.

I purchased this pair of slippers as a Christmas gift for my son. Since I never heard anything negative from him (thats a plus!) all is good!!

I've purchase many of L.L. Beans Handsewn Slippers and shoes in the Freeport and Boston stores over many years with great results. Make no mistake these are not "Maine Quality" workmanship! These are produced out of country now. The top pattern for the slippers leather is ridiculously narrow, making the entire thing too tight. I spoke with a Bean representative, I told him I ordered size 9 and they are too tight, so he said he would send me the next size up, a 10, to correct the problem...Okay. However the next size up is just longer, still just as tight and useless. Additionally, I now find I'm going to be charged by L.L. Bean separately for each pair just to return a improperly made product that used to be wonderful (still brand new, in boxes) . Skip these!

These slippers look great, fit perfectly and are comfortable to wear. The flannel lining is soft, but not too warm like fleece. The non slip sole makes them versatile and safe on hard surfaces. A recent female guest was admiring them, so I gave her a catalog. Unfortunately, we could not find them in women's. LL Bean might want to consider this.

In the past, LL Bean has been a great place with trusted quality products. However, this Christmas I ordered my son some of these Flannel-Lined Slippers and they did not last 3 weeks. The slipper began to detach from the sole, so he sent them back with the intention of just getting a replacement. Well today Customer Service called and said that they would not honor my return with the reasoning being it appeared they were worn in water and that's why the shoe started pulling apart. Attached are photos of the Slippers. Buyer beware!

I bought these slippers for my Dad as house shoes. He LOVES them. They arent his first pair, but when they wear out, he always wants the same ones. Thank you for making high quality practical products that stand up to good use. Ill purchase againIm sure of it!!

Ive had my slippers a couple weeks now and love them. They are best Ive had in a long time.

It was what I had hoped for. Well made of premium materials and the correct length. Too bad I had to return it because it was too narrow, and I have narrow-wish feet.

Slippers look nice but are of poor quality on the interior. The interior started fraying after a month and I had to return them. Save your money.

Size 9 slightly too big but 8 would be ? Too small.

The material is nice, but unfortunately, they turned out to be much too tight on me, even though I followed the sizing guide on the website. I've only worn them a couple of times and really should return them. I don't live too far from the LL Bean store in Victor, NY, but I don't know if I can return them now.

The slippers were very nice except, the first time they were worn, the stitching on the right slipper came undone. They were returned. I am still awaiting a refund.

My husband has happy warm toes now. His old pair wore out after I don't even know how may years.

Great slippers the best Ive had very well made they do run a little small I normally wear a size 10 had to go up to size 11 fit great very comfortable

Width is not accurate. Problem appears to be with the linings which also make it very difficult to put these on as socks will not slide on the flannel. Would prefer an unlined version to be worn with appropriate weight socks. These were a gift so I cannot return and may try to just cut the flannel lining out of them.

Just not as comfortable as I expected even after a "break in" period. I do not plan to return them but would not purchase these slippers again.

Second pair, good value. A bit tighter than I remember- I am counting on them stretching as I wear them.

This is my husband's second pair of this particular slipper. Obviously, he likes them, as we reordered recently. His original pair is still serviceable, but they were starting to look "well-worn." He'll continue to use them in our trailer when we travel. These are comfortable but sturdy enough to wear outdoors when necessary.

Great fit and comfy. Just what I expected and wanted.
