I used this cooler for the beach, it worked great. Then I noticed mildew started to appear on the canvas. Nothing I could do would stop the mildew from spreading. Now it is covered and I dont use it anymore because I'm to embarrassed.

Purchased this and my biggest complaint is that the green fabric on the bottom ended up wet from ice melting in the bag and causing the color to bleed on my teak outdoor furniture. Extremely disappointed since it looks like the color isn't budging from our furniture.

I really wanted to love this bag. It appeared to be well constructed, and useful. I used once, and it now appears to be a well used and stained bag, maybe still useful for chores around the house. On the one trip when I used the tote, I carried the it on the train, and held it over my lap. I was wearing well washed blue jeans, and the blue from my pants bled into the light color canvas of the bag. I cleaned the bag when I got home, to try to remove the stains. To my surprise, the glue holding part of the bag together actually bled into the light colored canvas, causing more stains. I have never had this type of experience before. I am very disappointed, and will be returning this tote.

I had high hopes when I purchased this item. On my first trip it leaked and my items were not cold. It was very disappointing..

I am very disappointed in this bag. I put an ice pack in it to keep food cold while at a friend's potluck. When I picked the bag up to leave there was a wet spot on the outside of the bag from the ice pack sweating. I will not be able to use this bag with ice packs so it is just a very expensive reusable shopping bag.

SO disappointed in this bag. It does not maintain a cold temperature for more than an hour, never mind keeping solid ice packs cold- they also thaw in about two hours.

This thing arrived with seams falling apart and a bad smell.

I was so excited about this tote! But I left ice in it after a day at the pool and it melted all over my floor and carpet! It wasn't sealed and leaked everywhere! Not worth it.
