The foot bed/insole of these is hard as a rock. I might as well have been standing on a hardwood floor. I don't know how you get away with describing them as all day comfort

I was sent the wrong size. I feel the webpage defaulted to size 10. So I had to pay $6.50 to return the item. Not happy about it

Sadly I had to return these because the straps were so tight that I could not wear them. Please, please fix this!

I've been wearing these new flip flops only occasionally since I received them because they always seem to bother in between my two toes where toe divider separates toes. I've worn BEAN flip flops over many years and have never experienced this problem. Last I wore them I actually ended up with a sore between my toes. I finally measured the "divider" on the new flip flops which is just short of 3/4". I then measured divider on old flip flops still in my closet and it measures good INCH. There is not enough room on the toe divider on the new flip flops and it irritates the area. NOT GOOD!!!

I wore these one afternoon and I got a huge bruise on the top of my foot, between my toes, where the knot is. I tried to give them to my daughter, who has a smaller foot, and she didn't want them either. I need help returning these, because I can't wear them. I didn't keep the paperwork because I expected top quality from LL Bean, like I've gotten in the past; This wasn't it.

These flip flops are not comfortable to me. There isn't much arch support and the material between the toes feels too stiff. I am sending them back.

Uncomfortable to the point of painful between my toes just trying them on. There was no way I could even consider wearing them, walking in them, in an attempt to break them in. Sent them straight back. 1 star for a cute design. LL Bean, I think these need some serious adjustments to the design in the future. They were cut weird too. Like the toe thong was too far back and too tight against the sole. And there was extra room in front of my toes but my heel was almost falling off the back. Just all wrong. Too large on one end. Too small on other.

I want rainbow flip flops. How can I get them?. Tried twice to open account without success

Horrible choice of material for the piece between your toes. It is rough and rubs. NOT COMFORTABLE - be warned.

These sandals were narrow and hurt. Had to return them. I was disappointed because they are cute.

Read review of other purchase! I'm sure you won't keep this for others to see, but you make it time consuming to express my disappointment and frustration at the decline of LLBean.

I have purchased these shies for years. Not the same

I got these for my husband, but they hurt his feet and so I am planning to send them back. He has worn them around the house only, trying to get used to them but the material between his toes bothers him so much that after a few minutes he needs to take them off. I will be contacting L.L. Bean to see how I can return them. I would not recommend them.

Although the color and pattern were the same as on the flip-flops I bought a couple of years ago, the foot bed was totally cheapened. The heel cup had been removed and the toe guide was missing also. Just a flat piece of rubber for feet to slide around on. Returning.

They look so pretty and started out feeling comfortable. Left one was perfect, but the right one rubbed me raw. I will not buy them again.

For a large size, the hight of the straps is far too small. I suppose they would be perfect for gals with large feet with nothing but skin on the bones on the top of their feet, I am sorry that I didn't return these when I squished my feet into them and said, "I can make these work!" Length and width are perfect.

Awful. Ordered this a replacement for a pair I bought that was defective. Outer strap one one shoe was longer than the others so hung off my foot in an awkward way. I thought I got a defective pair but the second pair was identical to the first. Llbean quality has gone downhill I used to love their flip flops

I have been wearing only L.L.Bean flip flops for years due to their comfortable fit and fun styles. The ones I just received are way too small, too narrow and fit so much differently than the dozens of others I have owned previously.

I bought these new for a vacation and the bottom is already falling apart... I have owned many of these and this has never happened.

Way to small compared to the other pairs I have bought in the past. Will be returning both pairs.

I bought a pair of these to replace a pair I had that I wore constantly and lasted years. The first pair I received I noticed the strap on one shoe looked a little strange but I figured it was just because of the way they were in the package. But no- the strap on left shoe is looser and longer than the right shoe but only on the outside so the right foot straps are they way the should be and the left SHOe strap gapes and sticks out on the outside of the foot. I thought I just got a bad pair so I sent them back as defective for an exchange. Just got the new pair and they are the same. Not only does it look weird but it feels weird because that shoe is looser than the other. If these were cheap $10 flip flops I probably wouldn't care but they were over $40 with tax and shipping. The toe strap is also shorter than the old ones and the left shoe again has a shorter strap than the right making these less comfy than the other pair I had. I thought I could trust llbean quality but I no longer have that impression of this company. Will be returning the second pair too- disappointing that I wasted all that money on shipping. I could have just bought a cheap pair of flip flops that was better quality than these BMI more fair isle for me.

Such a disappointment! I've had these in the past and this pair is not what I've come to expect with LLBean. The edges are all frayed and the quality is poor. I will be returning this pair for sure!

I have a pair without the leather tab, from years ago; they fit better and are more comfortable. The present ones have the toe post set too far back (for me), even though I have long toes! My heel hangs off now. The overall footbed is pretty narrow, even for my narrow foot, so that will affect many. The toe post is pretty uncomfortable too. May send back; am considering the effort and $ required.
