They are very cute but completely unwearable as the laces are only for looks and don't tighten. Hoping to be able to return them.

I was so excited to receive these and when I got them they are WAY TOO SMALL. If I would of known I couldn't return, I would have never ordered them. VERY MAD!!!

I have 4 pr of hey dude shoes that I absolutely love. These boots hurt my feet. I can not wear them!

Slippery bottom, sending them back. Not a winter boot, more for looks.

The shoe lace loop broke the first time I put them on. I have emailed the company 4 times and have now made a official complaint with the better business bureau. Im extremely disappointed with the customer service. I have a pair of hey dude shoes I can no longer wear. Will be the last time I will ever buy a pair of hey dude shoes.

These are so comfortable. Wore them in our Texas snow storm yesterday. My feet were warm an dry .

Not true to size at all 2 sizes smaller order 2 sizes bigger what a waste of money.

Order two sizes up!I bought two pairs of these and I wear a size 8 and 10s are too tight! Definitely not true to size! I need to return both pairs and cant get through to customer service for a return label. Can someone please get back with me???

You gave me the wrong size I received a size 5! I wear a 9 I was so excited to wear them for my event and couldnt fit half my foot in that shoe :pensive:. I really loved these shoes and been waiting to hear back on how to return these they havent messaged me back yet. I dont know if this happens a lot but Im not sure I just want my shoes I paid for please
