Took a lot longer to be delivered than expected and do not fit. I want to return them but customer service will not return my email.

This is my 5th pair of Dudes and it fits so much tighter than the rest of them. Unfortunately unable to exchange or return either.

They hit a little bit on my ankle. If I wear the right kind of socks it is fine. Wish they were a little higher. They are comfortable and are great at keeping my feet warm.

Super cute, but wide in the ankle area. Loved how they looked, but just didnt look good on me.

I typically wear the Wendy shoes, and recently got the Britt. I absolutely LOVE both those styles & have several pair. They fit great (I wear an 8.5-9, so I order a size 8). I was excited to finally get the Eloise L, again, I ordered a size 8. I was very disappointed in how this shoe actually fit. Size wise, it fits a little more snug in the toes, but the heel area has an awkward fit and it slides up and down on my heel. It is also a little more difficult to get on, as this shoe is made a little more stiff than the other styles I wear. Im guessing its just the way this particular shoe/style fits, because if I went up a size, I feel it would slide on my heel even more. I was also confused on the color, as I ordered Bruno, and online, seemed to have a brownish color, but in person, they are a dark gray.

Love the style but I should have sized down. They are a little too big for me.

One shoe was bigger than the other and they ran big. Very cute and comfy but had to return

Fits smaller than regular low-top Hey Dudes.

Theres no way to tighten the shoe so they dont fall off unlike the other shoes

They are really hard to put on.

When I got my shoes, the left shoe was super loose and the right shoe was super tight on my feet. After walking for a few minutes my right foot got bad blisters. Other than that its a good shoe.

Run more narrow than other hey dude shoes but they are cute.

I didnt want to deal with return and waiting another week or more to receive a new pair. I also wished the fur went into the boot instead of just around the top.

I thought these were legit winter boots but they are paper thin. Stylish and comfy but definitely not for warmth:disappointed:
