Not what I thought they would be. I still have gotten my refund either!

I didnt like how the faux fur was only around the ankle area for appearance. I want a warm winter shoe, not something that just looks warm. I felt hey dude was being cheap or lazy by just lining the foot opening and not any of the interior.

Much more narrow than all of your shoes. I bought and they cant be returned. I have 9 pair all the same size bit this one is super narrow!

unhappy with purchase. thy dont look like the pictures and they are too tight and hard to get on....

First pair I ordered were to small, second pair were in a bag squeezed in my mailbox they appeared to be used with scuff marks and faded. I will not order online again.

Could hardly get my foot in once I got my foot in the the shoe was too big. Fit nothing like the other pairs I own.

So I either sell them or try and return and dont even no how. It also took 3 weeks to receive them with no updates, no return email, and no customer service to call and check on my order. Thumbs down this time and I just love your shoes. This was a bad experience for sure though.

Product was great.... However... Shipping had no tracking updated, took forever and when I tried to reach out to HeyDude there is no phone number.... JOKE stand behind your products and have a customer support number... ESPECIALLY for how much they cost.. Thanks

A couple of co-workers had bought Hey Dudes and loved them. Obviously, they did not buy the Eloise. They are stiff and very uncomfortable. I am most likely not going to try another style of Hey Dudes, since this was not a good experience. Also, they availability of styles is very limited.

Purchased eloise in a size 10. I could get my foot into it but they were too tight. Had to get a different pair that was available in a size 11 (Robin) and my foot won't even go into the darn thing. Not a happy customer.

Thought the fur went all the way through the shoe!!

Did not fit width wise. Did not see an option to get them in wide.

The shoes were fine and if they had fit, I'd give them more stars. Unfortunately, they were too small. The customer service for this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I was never able to talk with a person and ultimately filed a complaint with BBB. Although I finally got a response, they did nothing to deal with my complaint. So, I would not recommend ever buying anything from them.

1801 miles is the distance from my front door to the facility that ships these shoes. It would take me precisely 28 days to walk this distance, and I would have received my shoes faster than I did by mail. I also messaged two weeks later to find out why my order was still in pre-shipment, and it took 5 days for a response. I could have been 321 miles into my walk by the time I received a response or 1,221 miles if I would have started when the shoes first landed in pre-shipment. Anyways great shoes. Just buy somewhere else.

These are the boots, right? Can't wear as the right boot is not made properly. So sad, sure would like to wear them, they look great. Never had a problem with any f the others I've bought

I wanted to return and get my money back as they are tight on my feet. I was told I can not as they are final sale when there was nothing on the website or listing with this item as final sale. I'm very very disappointed and will not be ordering from this site again and I will tell family not to order from this site.

They are very cute but completely unwearable as the laces are only for looks and dont tighten. Hoping to be able to return them.
