I have almost 300 miles on these and totally love them. I switched from Asics. They're so comfortable it's just amazing. They're also very light. I would recommend these shoes to anyone. Great job Topo.

I purchased the Topo Athletic Phantom 2 for both urban hikes and trail hikes. The shoe is super comfortable. Love the wide toe box, breathable upper, and cushioned mid-sole. While the Phantom 2 is designed more for road running than trail running, I regularly use it when hiking in the hills behind my house and on dirt trails if the ground is dry. For more difficult trails, especially if the ground is wet and/or rocky, I wear my Topo Ultraventure 2s, which have a Vibram outsole and deeper lugs.

I use this shoe for walking. It's great! Very comfortable. Very wide toebox. Good cushioning. Good breathability. Perfect lace-up adjustment. Good grip on any surface. My next pair will be Phantoms.Thanks Topo!

Mostly treadmill work this winter. Feel great.

Road Running

I have been using this pair for every day use... Like the pair I purchased for hiking... decided I needed a pair for anytime... My feet feel better with the use of these shoes

Comfortable, cushioned shoe to log those road miles. I've had several pair before this one and rely on them for most of my miles.

I race long course triathlons. This is the most comfortable distance running shoe I've tried. Love it.

I'm not a distance warrior usually run a 5k or less with an occasional 10k. I've been looking for a wider toe box shoe for what seems like forever and was pointed to Topo by a friend, and I'm thrilled I bought these without ever trying them on in-store. I read tons of reviews, and as others stated, they seem to run a half-size small.

Wear them for everything. Walking, work, etc.

Mostly walk in mine, but do the occasional charity 5k. Very comfortable, but feel a little too soft/squishy after a long walk. Might need a little more firmness for my 250lb frame. Love the natural foot shape and my feet thank me everyday!

Wow! Each new pair of Topo shoes I try, they just get better and better. First the Ultrafly, then the Ultraventure and now this. These are the plushest of the three, and are perfect for fast walking in the city. Wide enough to wear with my perfect toe spacers!

These are just what I've been looking for as I start picking up the training for longer runs again. Did 8 in them yesterday and felt like I could have run all day.

Using my Phantom 2 for all of my runs. Long distance runs thus far are 10-15 miles. Excellent shoes. My only complaint is that the very bottom of the tongue rubs my foot enough that I've had to use a blister bandage.

The added padding to the heel area is wonderful as i suffer from bone spurs however the spurs do not bother me when I walk with this sneaker.

Love Love Love for the Topo Athletics Phantom 2! What a perfect shoe for daily training. It can't be improved (except maybe the colors). Thank you Topo :D

Great shoe. Roomy toe box and right amount of cushion.

First time in the Phantoms and I like. Good cush and support while reactive. I dig the new dog ears on the tongue (works well - Topo) but I rarely lace that high up... need another pair just below to catch other eyelet. Topo still needs to offer more FUN colors and schemes to all the shoe lines - after all running for me is expressing happy!

I am getting back into running and wear the Topos for about 5-6 miles of running a week and building and an additional 20 miles of walking. Really great shoe, lots of cushion for my extra COVID lbs. And those are becoming fewer thanks to the shoe!
