Disappointing and I will never purchase Vera Bradley again unless you manufacture in the US!!

I have 4 of these but this year it is smaller. Returned

Love the color:pattern but too small. Not what I expected.

It is too small and I will be returning it.

Dry disappointed in the item

Was completely off color. Green is basically brown and it had very little flowers and in the wrong colors. Sad as this was supposed to be an appreciation gift for my longtime Vera Bradley fan mom

Thought it was grey background and it's green. Dislike that color so much so gave it away.

Strap is too short. Causes the bag to fall forward and hang by stomach instead of hip/back

Loved all my previous mini hipsters. This new style is terrible. The front pocket with snap closure is way too small/ tight and everytime you put your hand or something else in there you snag the card holders. It's not a wide pocket like the old style so good luck. The small front zip pocket on the old style was MUCH better. You can't fit anything in the "middle" zippered pocket on this new style. Will definitely be returning this and I guess after all these years looking for a new not Vera brand bag.

Love the wallet part but main part too small for phone and eye glasses

I gave this to my mom for Mother's Day and the second time she took it, the strap broke. Could you please contact me and send me a replacement? I buy her and myself Vera Bradley bags every year and you pay to much for these for them to break after you get them.

Product made very cheaply. I own several of your handbags. Inx fact i own 2 of the same style that i ordered because i loved them so much and the lasted a long time, i don't think this new one will last one season.

Small in size than the actual photo on the website. Item would be perfect for teen. Straps can be adjusted, but stick out unevenly. You can only fit a small amount of things cell phone and small wallet.

I recently learned by email that this is RFID only where the card slots are. I was looking for a bag that had RFID thru the whole bag. I would be sending back but it's past 60 days. I purchased this in blue aster.

I love the mini hipsters. I love the plum pansies. But, the purse I was sent has a twisted handle that does not hang smoothly. I either have to try to fix it myself or pay to return it

I was very disappointed in the Little Hipster, as it is so different from the one I needed to replace. The straps were very stiff and hard, and the front access to cards, etc. doesn't open enough to get to cards, cash, etc. I am returning and will continue using my old little hipster.

I love vera bradley, and most of their products are built to be durable. However, the carabiner is very flimsy, and comes open easily, causing my keys to fall off. I do not recommend this keychain.

Same good quality, but no quilting at all. Went right back!

Very cheap flimsy material

This purse is just too small. I think the quality is great and it is pretty, but I just ordered the wrong size.

I was super excited about this keychain to match my new purse. After just a few uses I discovered that the snap isn't strong and it keeps opening up and dropping my keys. Now I'm just disappointed.

My daughter bought this purse for me for Mother's Day. I was just changing over from my last little hipster and I am blown away by the difference. First off, this is WAY smaller - the zipper card pocket doesn't open as far so it's harder to get things in and out (with my arthritis I don't know how long I will use this purse), the back pocket where I always put my iPhone, isn't big enough to get it into - The sides at the top of the pocket have been sewn in by about an inch on each side making the pocket very difficult to get into. And worst of all, it is almost a 1/2 inch smaller in the main pocket, meaning I don't have room for my keys and my asthma inhaler at the same time!!!!! WHAT THE HECK????? I will use it for a little while because I don't want to disappoint my daughter. I have been buying the little hipster purses because I have a bad back and can't carry a lot of weight, and the size and weight of the purse were perfect. BUT, this is the first time in over twenty years of buying Vera Bradley that I am so disappointed in their product, I will go to the outlet store from now on and see items in person before I spend money with this company.

Front pocket with snap on it that holds credit cards almost impossible to get credit cards out. The opening needs to be wider to make that part easily assessable. I have an earlier version of this and absolutely love it.

This my favorite purse and I can't count how many I have purchased. However I was really disappointed in the redesign of the strap. The strap now covers the zipper of the main compartment requiring a lot of extra time to move the strap to get in to it. It's definitely frustrating. I won't be ordering these again.
