Gift to my daughter, Hear key chain, Broke in a parking lot with all of the keys flying in a public driveway. She was scrambling on her hands and knees. Terribly Disappointed in Quality of Vera Gift! I've spent Hundreds of Dollars with Vera Bradley. Extremely Upset!

When I buy from Vera Bradley, I am excited and expect quality, well-thought design. This key ring is a big disappointment. Not only does the snap release very easily EVERY time I use it, but the carabiner clip is poorly made too, easily released. Back to the drawing board, Vera! This purchase was to replace a vinyl covered Vera key ring that snapped together to make a loop. I've had it for years, now its looking sad, BUT STILL WORKS!

Loved the pattern but it was so small I could hardly fit my phone and a small wallet in it. Looked from the pictures that it would expand at the bottom. I am still waiting on my refund. Been a couple of weeks.

Snap does not stay closed with any weight of keys

the bag is so small I can not even get my hands inside much less a wallet. I have returned both items I received

Why do the zippers not match? One is silver, the other is black. I've had a few little hipsters before. I have purchased them at an outlet store. I would not have purchased if I had seen it in person. Down side of buying online. Fail Fail Fail Fail Fail Note to self: DON'T buy VB online again

Itconstantly falls off my shoulder no matter what height I put it at. Dedinelyy disappointed. The amount of access i have is not the best and within having it for 2 days the zipper broke.

It broke right away which was embarrassing because it was a gift. Then had to pay to return it. Now I have to reorder and pay again. Unfortunately not a great experience.

It was way too small. I have a purse with the same dimensions that holds my stuff.

Have always liked Vera Bradley but quality took a hit when metal zippers were incorporated. I think I've considered Vera Bradley for the last time.

To small

Do not like the changes in this one! The magnetic pocket is to small for my phone. Do not like the zipper and the place where I put credit cards is to small to work. I am very disappointed. What happened? Guess this means I will not buy online again. I have seven others that are fine.

Smaller than I expected

It is too small for my purposes. I have chosen to give it as a gift.

The part that snaps around the keychain did not stay snapped, so I used some duck tape. The carabiner will open up easily and has fallen off a couple of times. I would not recommend it.

The snap on the keychain wore out within a month of using it. The keychain began constantly popping off my wrist. It is no longer usable.

I have had two mini hipsters that I loved. I really liked the driver's license clear holder. The new one is switched and upside down. My license and debit card have fallen out into my purse twice and my license ended up on the floor in a store. This new design is NOT good. Never had that problem before. Also the nylon strap already has a snag and I've had it less than a week. It seems a little smaller too since I put all the same stuff into the new one and cant close it. I love the pattern though and am terribly disappointed.

Too small! It didn't look the way on the screen as it did when it arrived! Not a very good product :( I expext more out of Vera Bradley :(

Very disappointed in this bag. One side has a black zipper and the other side has a silver industrial looking zipper. It looks terrible. Love the style of the bag but this one is the pits. I've carried Vera bags for years but I would not be carrying this one, it looks terrible. I wasted my hard earned money on this. Very disappointed in this Vera product.

I't toooooo small

It's so small it's not what I expected just not happy with it

I have a glass case I have to carry and it makes the bag look like a football, I really would like to return. I do not own a printer to make a label to return if possible.

The product is much smaller than advertised. They show it on a tall model and there is no way it's the same bag.
