This is a perfect size, however the magnet doesn't seem attached correctly on front and feels like it will tear off when I try to open it.

I like that the little hipster is a slight bit bigger by an inch or two. I like the addition of the credit card proctor very much. The deal-breaker is the zipper for the credit card compartment is shorter so it is hard to get into the compartment and the it's self is a large metal that doesn't match the rest of the bag. Also since it is metal it is scratchy to my hands.

Cheaply made. I don't like the metal zipper, it makes it look cheap as well. I have bought 5 or more of these before in the past and was satisfied.

This is nice but the snap comes apart easy. I am afraid i will lose my keys. Be careful!

This bag is small & convenient to use. But where are the butterflies? I picked this pattern because of the butterfly pattern. Why did the Miami store close? It's so much easier to see the bag in person.

I've owned several of these cross body bags. The older versions are by far my favorite purses ever. I love the magnetic pocket on the side to hold my phone. The inside is large enough to hold my lip balm, hand sanitizer, and a few other essentials. My older versions of this purse are wonderful but the newer ones have a horrible scratchy metal zipper on them that's sharp enough to cut your fingers. The strap is also a stiffer material that is not as soft and flexible. Why Vera, why?

This would have been my third little hipster however I had to return it. It was not the same quality as my other bags. The metal zipper does not match the other zippers, the teeth were sharp and did not close all the way without having to pull it hard. The side of the bag with the magnet, does not open as much as earlier bags. I was very disappointed and won't buy another little hipster unless/until you go back to the earlier style/quality.

I used to love this bag and own 6 of the original version. However, as others have mentioned, the metal zipper on the wallet pocket is just awful. The zipper sticks and is very tough to close. I can no longer open the wallet pocket with just one hand. It seems to stick even more on the newest versions of this bag. The pocket doesn't even close all the way - there's a half inch gap left at the end since the teeth don't align properly. The thick, sharp zipper teeth have scraped me and even taken off skin more than once while wearing the purse, and this is while the zipper was closed! The metal zipper also snags on clothing since it is so sharp. This style used to be my go-to mom purse but I can't use the new version around my young children since I don't want them to get scraped by the zipper. I hope the company listens to these reviews and gets rid of this horrible and ugly zipper on all of their bags. On a positive note, I am glad that they got rid of the charging pocket and brought back the magnet on the back slip pocket. I also love the new prints. Just wish this bag wasn't hazardous to use.

I am so dissappointed in this bag. I have several of the old design. I don't like the skinny shoulder strap, the front zipper on the card compartment is metal and very difficult to zip and unzip. Bag seems smaller on the inside too. This is my go to bag that Vera Bradley makes and I have several this is the first one I have purchased since these changes were made. I thought the bag was fine before why make these changes? I probably won't purchase another unless they make some improvements on this design. So sad that they changed this bag.

This bag is too small & the quality isn't like the bags in the past for the price reflected.

Smaller then shows, quality not like my other Vera bags. Disappointed

I've purchased three different Mini Hipsters over the last couple of years. Good news: the magnet holding the outside pocket shut is back. My first Mini had one; the second did not; this one does. Yay! Bad news: the zipper on the front flap is an abomination! It's like a zipper on a biker's jacket: big and clumsy. The usual fine Vera Bradley zipper is still used to close the the main compartment of the bad. But who's idea was it it trim the outside flap with a clunky, hard-to-pull metal zipper?

I have had several Little Hipsters and this will be my last. The newest one was a Christmas gift in 2018 that I had asked for based on previous ones. The zippered front flap now has an ugly gold heavy zipper that looks like it belongs on jeans. Also, the flap doesn't open as far as previous models, and it is very difficult to remove/replace credit cards. Actually it's difficult to remove anything from that section. I've always liked this bag because of size and organizational value. Vera, you have ruined it!!!

This used to be my favorite style but I won't be purchasing anymore of these due to the changes in the new Iconic style. The strap is thinner on this one and there's no longer a hidden magnet on the back slip pocket which is where I usually put my phone (now it slides out). The new zipper on the front pocket with the built-in wallet has big silver teeth now which are sharp and make it harder to zip plus it doesn't unzip all the way like the original style. Personally I have no use for the charger pocket. I thought I'd get used to the changes but after a week I gave up. Luckily the factory outlet stores still make the original version so I'll be shopping there from now on.

Very disappointed, The new RFID version of the little hipster is smaller and unattractive. Wish I had of kept the receipt, I would return it.

I bought this bag with the georgia wallet. The wallet would not fit in the purse. I was very disappointed!!! I used my birthday % off and was unable to use either!

I use a cane/walker and the hipster helps keep my hands free. I have carried VB bags for 20 years and have not been disappointed until now. I use this hipster everyday. The new zipper on the wallet takes away from the VB signature, it looks like a copycat!! I think one of the things that sets VB apart is the color zipper and the ribbon pulls. I wouldn't recommend the new version, but I would recommend the older style.

I have almost lost my wallet while shopping because the snap came open The ring and strap are sturdy but the snap needs improvement

I really like this style. Gives me easy access to all my essentials. It's light weight. Maybe strap was a fluke. It broke on side where strap is permanently attached to bag. Better stitching, heavier thread?

You have changed this and I do not like it at all. The side pocket I put my handicap sticker and now it doesn't fit as you have sew the ends together Plus the other side I have problems with the zipper sticking . The inside pocket for the battery doesn't Work either as one battery is to long and other battery is the same size as my phone so it is too big I love the old style of the same purse which I have 5 of

I would happily purchase again if the plastic liner in one compartment lay flat.

I purchased this item last spring but intended it for the fall. When I began using it, I discovered numerous strings hanging out and places where the stitches did not connect in the seams. I took it back and they sent it back and I received a new one. Again, many strong of thread had to be trimmed and I had to glue the strap then sew because they failed to connect one side of the strap in the seam. It would soon come off. I should have taken it back again but it is a trip and decided that this must be the quality . Trying to reset was difficult because my vision is not great. Definitely surprised to see this lack of quality in a Vera bag. I have bought many, many bags from Vera, in fact have been kidded about my collection. However, at this point, it is doubtful whether I will buy more. Had my eye on the mini hobo but this has been a joke. Sorry the quality has gone down hill. Most bags have held up through washings and hard use but not any more.

I have this bag in microfiber black in the old style. I love that bag. Then Vera Bradley went to ugly linings and battery pack opening in back. So I waited thinking the purse will eventually go back to the original look with cute linings and no battery pack hole. Finally, the wait was over. I purchased this bag in one of the new colors and I was thrilled that the cute matching linings had come back and there was no battery pack hole in the back of the purse. But after a thorough examination of this purse, as I was checking out, I noticed there was two different zippers. A metal one in the front around the wallet part and a black nylon one around the main compartment. This is unacceptable and I ended up canceling my purchase. (But I had purchased the RFID mini crossbody earlier in the summer and was sadly disappointed to find they will not be making that in the new colors). So Vera this is my question for all of you Why do you mess with a good thing? Stop changing the purses. I will continue to use my RFID mini Crossbody and my older little hipster until I can find a different brand of handbag to purchase. Sadly I'm done spending money on your products.
