This is a great style and can be dressed up or down. The toe box was a bit too shallow for my big toe, it lightly touched the top of my toe and rubbed a bit. A half size larger did not help. It does fit well otherwise. Narrow is a true narrow.

I actually had bought this shoe previously a few years ago and wore it until it wore out, so I bought it again this time for Zappos. It was $10 cheaper this time with free shipping, which is always nice. This new version has an additional strap, which looks nice but doesn't really change the way the shoe fits. The best part is that the insole is completely removable now - last time, I had to tear it out (kinda scary). I wear custom orthotics so that is a thing for me. But they are just as comfortable as the previous pair! My original pair of these shoes I could wear all day, even to busy things like conferences and a wedding. So glad these are available at Zappos and even better now that the insole is removable!

I’ve only worn this inside for a few hours but I am really pleased with the comfort of the shoe so far. I have a size 12-13 medium and am flat-footed making it really hard to find something in a heel that’s remotely comfortable and stylish. The foot bed is fairly supportive and it’s removable so I can replace with my own orthotic. I wish the shoe was slightly more rigid to support my falling arches but overall it’s a great shoe. I did have to order in 13, though often in other shoes a 12 is adequate. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something you can wear with a dress but also comfortable.

Considering that I have bad flat feet, and a bunion (and I'm in my 60s) this is really nice!!! Looks pretty and fits!

This is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. A few years ago, I got a pair just before heading to Italy on a mission trip. Standing and walking for hours....never a thought for my feet. Last year, I looked for them and was sooo sad they were not available. Imagine my joy when I was shopping on Zappos and they popped up! YAY. Love, love, LOVE these shoes. and.....they are good looking too!

I tried 5 pair of comfort dress shoes (thank you Zappos) and these won. They are very well made with good cushioning and arch support. I usually take somewhere between an 11 and 12 medium width. Zappos recommended an 11M but I found that size pinched my toes. Exchanged them for a 12 narrow and that works well for me. I feel like I can walk in the them for extended periods of time.

Very comfortable with no break-in time required. Look great with slacks. Usually wear 9.5W or 10W; the 10 fit well and felt roomy. If your feet swell a bit by the end of the day, the Velcro strap makes it easy to adjust the fit.

I was hesitant to spend $150 for a pair of shoes in a brand I never tried. Luckily the brown ones were on sale. I had no idea they were by New Balance until the box arrived. Comfortable, cute look of a small heel but feels like a sturdy flat. Perfect shoe for work.

Recently started wearing custom orthotics after foot surgery; hard time finding a decent-looking and comfortable shoe that works with the orthotics. These work great! On my feet all day and they’re very comfortable. Highly recommend

I purchased this adorable shoe in 3 sizes. The 9WW fit my wide foot best. The leather is soft enough for comfort and firm enough for support. the 8 1/2 WW was Okay but a bit short and a little wide on the sides. The 9 W was also Okay but I could tell that they were also a little to narrow. I think these are beautiful for dress and church.

This shoe had a weird euro-size conversion. Initially, I ordered a size 12 (W), which I expected to be a EUR 43. Instead, it came as a 44! (For most of us, that translates to a 13, which was way too big for me.) Then, I ordered an 11 in both (B) and (W), which I expected to be the elusive EUR 43 needed. Rather, it was EUR 42.5. That extra 1/2 would've made this a perfect shoe for me. I am settling on the 11 wide (medium was too tight), but really could've used that extra bit in length that a 43 would've provided. The shoes has an incredibly comfortable footbed and the heel height is very manageable while still being professional-looking. I will be traveling and walking a lot while wearing suits for my job. This shoe met all requirements. One additional note about color: the leather is much more of a blue-gray (heavy on the gray) rather than a true navy blue all-around. The snakeskin side is darker - I just wish the leather matched. Regardless, I'll be able to wear this with both navy blue and gray suits so I'm still happy. I also tried the Dansko Fawna (their EUR size 42 = 11.5-12): too small/tight all-around; and Taos Ta-Da (12 medium): too long/heel slipped. The Aravon was a better shoe for me. I have a wide toe box, fairly high instep (I think), and somewhat narrow heel. Past foot problems (bunions and plantar fasciitis) make comfortable shoes a HIGH priority for me. Glad to have found this pair, just needed to get to the right size.

I already have this in navy. I walk a lot during my work day and find many shoes uncomfortable after just a few hours because of bunions. I can wear this shoe comfortably ALL day long.

I love the true fit of Aravon shoes! After trying several pairs of Asian made shoes to go with a dress for my son’s wedding which were not wide enough and too long, I opted for a stylish but less fancy shoe but comfort is primary!

The shoes fit great and were comfortable even the first time I put them on. I think they are very attractive. My only challenge is that the straps hurt a bit. I'm still working on getting the tension right so they don't hurt the top of my feet. I'm confident that I'll get it worked out.

It was much, much better than many of the shoes that I tried on. However, I was not a fan of the z-shaped strap. When I had it tight enough, it felt like it was putting too much pressure against the top of my foot where the strap was.

Insanely comfy even for my huge, wide feet. They ran 1/2 size too big for me (I'm usually a 10 but I could have used a 9 1/2; unusual for me with Aravon). Cute style; I love the retro, sorta "flapper" look (is that the rite term?). I'm returning but may try in 9.5 if available. Note: this is not a true navy blue, IMO; more slate blue.

Love this shoe. I have it in blue and now bought it in brown. I have orthotic insoles, and this shoe is super comfortable with removable insoles so I can swap in mine.

I like the style with an asymmetrical strap on the vamp. These are comfortable and will do nicely for evening events.

These shoes are so comfortable. I really could wear them all day. I wish they came in Navy.
