These boots felt comfortable (I sized a half size up) immediately. The craftsmanship is top-notch and most importantly they were made by someone paid a fair, living wage. Thank you, Nisolo. I am a fan for life.

Got the all weather boot in tobacco. The color is so beautiful and the quality is just amazing! I know theyll last for a long time, very worth the investment. Ordered a half size up to allow for more room with socks. When I first tried them on I was concerned they were too snug and maybe needed a full size up instead, but after trying them on a couple more times and walking around on carpet they began to stretch and now fit PERFECTLY. So in love with the style and color, I cant wait to wear them.

These boots are beautiful and well made! I sized up from my normal 8 to an 8.5 and they fit perfectly with thicker socks for winter. They needed a little time to break in, but I find that to be the case with most leather boots.

This boot only took me one day to break in. After that, it was so comfortable and easy to wear. I've gotten so many compliments already. I can't speak to the "all-weather" aspect as I live in sunny southern CA. As all the other review recommended, I did size up 1/2 a size to ensure comfortable fitting with thicker socks. This is definitely worth the investment!

I am in love with my Nisolo Amalia boots! They are gorgeous, high quality, beautifully made, and were comfortable right out of the box. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly. I cant wait to purchase another pair.

These boots are so fashionable and compliment many styles. They are comfortable and fit true to size. The color is perfection!

I love my new pair of Amalia All Weather Boots. The leather was a bit stiff at first but after I wore them for a while they softened up and now they fit like a glove. I have a feeling I'll be wearing these for years to come.

I bought the Amalia boots because I was looking for boots that looked nice but also were functional and weather-resistant, and would accept my custom orthotics. So far, I am very pleased with them. Every detail confirms they were made well and with attention to quality. As a result, they do need to be broken in, but that's not a big deal and they have advice on how to do that on their website. I normally wear a size 9 in running shoes, with custom orthotics, and my feet are narrow. I tried a 9 but they were just a bit tight around the toes, so I exchanged for a 9.5, which fits well with orthotics and thicker socks. I'm hoping to be wearing these for many years to come.

This is my fourth pair of Nisolos and they might be my favorite! Im still in the break-in period but I can tell it wont take too long. This leather is going to soften up really well. As with most styles from Nisolo I definitely find these to run small. Im usually an 8.5 so Im glad I sized up to a 9.5 so I can wear mid-weight socks with them. Excellent craftsmanship as always though!

I love this boot a lot! I got the black one and it is super versatile. I did have to size up from a 6.5 to a 7. I'm still not sure if the 6.5 was too tight and needed more of a chance to break in or if it really was too small, but the 7 was more comfortable with regular crew socks. I don't know that I will buy another Amalia boot but I am going to try a different Nisolo boot to see if the sizing is standard (for me) across the board. The exchange was a very simple and expedient process.

This is my second pair of Nisolo shoes, the first being a pair of brandy huarache sandals. I preferred the brandy color in these boots but went with the brown just for a greater level of waterproofing. The brown boots are beautiful and I see myself wearing these for years, in all kinds of weather. I would highly recommend these shoes.

I dont know what else to say. These boots are gorgeous, and they fit and feel perfect right out of the box. My favorite, hands down.

I have high arches/instep so these boots dont fit. At the base of the laces, the shoes cut into the top of my foot. If you dont have a high instep, I say give them a try.

These boots could not be more perfect. I have the color Tobacco and it's the perfect shade of light brown. I sized up half a size to an 8.5 to wear with wool socks, and I am so glad I did! I think an 8 would have been too snug even with thinner socks. These boots were really comfortable even from the first use! They are the perfect capsule wardrobe piece--I'm planning on wearing them with dresses, jeans, jumpsuits, and leggings. These shoes are 100% worth the investment!

I'm still in the break-in process for these guys but there's a reason literally all of my favorite pairs of shoes come from Nisolo. They're even more beautiful in person: the leather is a lovely red-brown color, and they fit perfectly. New leather can be hard to break in, and these are no exception, but for the first time in my boot-breaking-in experience, I'm not getting any rubbing on the heel! So far, one of the easiest break-ins I've been through, and I can tell these are going to be an absolute staple for me going forward. All my other pairs from Nisolo (I think it's... like.... four now, I have a problem) fit like gloves and these are going to be no exception! Sidenote: the perfect height for my pants, I love that so much.

These boots are so comfortable and so practical! I didnt experience any breaking in period, but I did size up a little bit (normally wear 5-5.5) to allow for room for thicker socks. It was a perfect fit! I love the stone color; it is easy to match pretty much any outfit! I love that they look nice, but are still functional. They worked well for some urban hiking and some trail hiking (both in sunny and rainy conditions). Im excited to be able to continue to use them throughout the winter as well.

I have been looking at these boots for months and finally ordered them when they were on sale. I am so happy I did! The quality is amazing. They are also fairly comfortable right out the box but they will need to be broken in a bit just so they start molding to my feet. Would definitely recommend!

These boots are gorgeous! Ive begun to break them in and Im looking forward to the rainy season so I can test out his water-resistant they are. Beautiful & practical boots!

I ordered the stone color with a bit of hesitation, some site photos looked very Grey while others were a warm stone which is what I wanted. Boots arrived! Theyre warm grey!! Best of all, they are very comfortable. I did size up to an 8 (usually a 7.5) but I was concerned about narrow fit for my slightly wider toe box. (I live in Birkies during the summer and I do not buy their narrow footbed!) These boots for great. I couldve even sized down to my regular size. Now Im eyeballing that gorgeous olive color . These boots are a beautiful classic that will stand the test of trends! Go for it!

These boots are beautiful. They feel and look high quality and smelled like real leather as soon as I unwrapped them. I’m not a fan of boots with a cheat zipper, and love this style. The laces are easy to loosen and the shoes broke in wonderfully. Good Fall staple to look school marm without the insane chunky cleating.

I was really pleased with these.

I have been eyeing these for a year and I finally decided to bite the bullet. As soon as I opened the box, it was like a breath of fresh of leather. It was so strong and I could instantly tell the quality of the boots would be A1. I was a little worried because many people were complaining and concerned about the break in period but it is well worth it. I wore them around the house everyday for a week and I already feel a difference. I cant wait to take these out for a night on the town.

What wonderful boots! High quality, beautifully crafted footwear. I ordered them for their weather proof-ness, and since it’s summer, I can’t yet report on that. But if they protect from northwest winter rain as expected, these will be part of my “uniform” for the season. I usually fit between 9 and 9.5 and I’m narrow. I ordered a 9.5 and the fit was perfect.

These boots are very nice quality and arrived super quickly. I wear a 7.5 and got a 7.5. Will be perfect after some breaking in.
