Too big, very lose and no holes on bottom for air circulation

They are big and bulky and look much like Crocs, which I wasn't expecting. Also, they aren't eligible for return or exchange. I ordered the appropriate size for me, and they are way too big, so I'll give them away. At least they were inexpensive.

Unlike anything else I own!

I had high hopes for these as I love all Cole Haan shoes usually, but these are like glorified expensive Crocs. They are big and dookie and feel like cheap Crocs. My mistake for buying online without trying.

Nice shoes but arrived lightly soiled/used

Still debating on if I'll keep or return....the size is incredibly big! I'll need to add insoles to wear comfortably, which kinda defeats the purpose of getting a casual loafer.

I Purchased white and Black one also but navy color is little bit small u should fix that issue!!

They started out comfortable but the sides rubbed a blister on my ankle bone

These are constructed of nearly 100% rubber with the exception of the strap. They look much nicer in the photos than they do in person.

Not exactly what I expected from Cole Haan, these are more in the line of a Croc shoee

The sizing is horrible! I would only go to an actual store to purchase due to sizing issues. They are comfortable, but the sizing is problematic which takes away from the shoe.

I don't know what's been going on with Cole Haan lately, but it seems like every other shoe I try is either amazingly comfortable or literally pain-inflicting and damaging to my feet. These are the latter. They cut up against the sides of my feet just under the outer ankle. I have two scabs on both of my feet in the same area. The other issue is sizing. I guess these are unisex so I went a size down. They are still JUST A LITTLE too big enough for them to slide up as I walk, but I know if I exchange for another size smaller, it will be pushed into too small territory and my toes will be crammed. Despite that, they ARE very comfortable on my soles and if I'm just wearing them to run quick errands or trips to the beach (or with socks) they seem to be fine. Oh also, if you live in a major metropolitan area and have to walk a lot, take public transit, or go up and down a lot of steps, DO NOT wear these!

Nice enough looking, far too soft and unstable for "all-day wear". They are comfortable as long as I don't do a whole lot of walking in them. they were super wide and fit better after adding an insole to them.

Too tight from the ankles

The shoe is bigger and bulkier than the picture implies. And they weren't comfortable after just trying them on. They are stiff- think thicker crocs, and don't easily form around the foot. Sorry but I just returned them.

Product was not actually the right size even with an innersole. I asked for a refund after admitting I had walked around the block in them and was told there are no refunds for used shoes. Very disappointed.

broke the skin on my right ankle bone, causing a sore, but otherwise, pretty good

The size I bought was one size too big, even tho my size is 11, it should have been 10

Great looking shoe but it was almost 2 sizes too large.

I would rather have the tops covered.

I wear a size 12. The site noted that the shoe ran "large" so I ordered a size 11. This was still too big for my size 12 foot. Secondly, the shoe looks better on-line than in real life (my opinion).

Makes my feet sweat a lot and rubs funny

Probably great for Men size 8, I "thought" the advertisement was for Women not "totally" clear obviously or I wouldn't have bought/in my field of work...now they won't accept the return even though Cole Haan did "initially" accept the return prior to being "alleged" discontinued which occurred, per representative, "after" I paid for the return.
