I need to return It wasn't described as not true to size and they are too big. I can't get anyone to send me a return label.

The wrong shoe color and size was wrong really look forward to the blue

Size is not accurate. Runs big. Stitching coming loose. Very disappointed in in a great brand of shoes.

These are Extremely uncomfortable and I will be returning them. This is not the Quality or Comfort that I have become accustomed to from Cole Haan.

feel weird on. Just like fleece lined crocks only with a full heel

I wear size 11.5. I ordered size 11 and they really big. These do not fit like other Cole Haan shoes. All sales were final and I couldn't exchange them for a smaller size. I threw the shoes in the trash. Waste of money.

I purchased these as a gift for my son who works on his feet. They remind me of Crocs, not loafers.

Pair of shoes are poorly made. My right foot doesn't fit the right shoe. Ugh!

Order the wrong shoe. I thought it was a woman shoe.

Narrow and long feel - not a good fit

This shoe is unnecessarily Bulky and Ugly

Awkward shoes, not for me

Very comfy for walking, but the fit cuts the top of your feet if you don't wear socks--beware. Must be why they came out with the fur lined ones

Shoe is too wide and sizing chart should show how to select size. My shoe is 1 1/2 size too large. Cole Hahn should use reviews to adjust sizing chart.

shoes were way oversized, no return option was available since they were a closeout item, gave them to a neighbor who had a much wider foot

I am returning them. Way too big even though I ordered the correct size.

Wont allow me to exchange for a smaller size so they are rendered useless so I can't wear them to determine comfort. Bummed.

Size is to big. Ordered a size 11 and it's more like a size 12

Bigger than normal size 9M, so it doesn't fit as it should; and since it is not returnable, this experience isto be kindunpleasant.
