The shoe size runs large. I ordered my husband a size 10 medium and it's too large...

They run big, so order the whole size below your original size.

Run big, I ordered a size 10. Should of ordered a size 9.. for the price it is not worth the trouble to send them back

Labeled wrong. Ordered an M10 for my husbands birthday, he already has the same shoe just a different color and wanted other colors. This one came significantly larger than his other M10, almost like a size 11

Ordered these for my husband's birthday. He wears a size 10 and we just bought him a pair of these and he loved them so much he wanted other colors. Ordered his usual size and they came too big even though the size on the bottom of the shoe matches the size of the one that fits him properly. Not sure what is going on here?? These seemed like an 11 or 12. Hopefully they don't charge me shipping for return since this is clearly not our fault. Shoes are really comfortable but the quality control on these is off. I received two size 10M but one is a good bit bigger than the other

Great looking shoes but unfortunately had to return because they were too small. Tried the next size up and they were too big. If they were made in half sizes, this wouldn't have been an issue. Disappointed!

Beautiful, colorful and tide

I loved the look of this shoe online and was very excited about wearing them, but when I tried them on, it had to be the second worse shoe I've ever put on my feet. For starters, they were HUGE - maybe a full size too big. The tooling was not sized appropriately and wasn't made for a medium-wide foot; this was made for an extra wide foot. Unfortunately, I had to return. This is the first shoe I've ever returned with Cole Haan.

The shoes are wide. They are oversized. They come off of my heels.

The ad said they run large but a ten is too tight for me and I'm sure an eleven would be too big. Why not make half sizes so people can fit comfortably into your shoes?

The site says the shoe was oversize so please size down. I normally wear a size 10. I bought a size 9 and they're too tight. So the next time I ordered a size 10. And those shoes are too large.

This shoe feels GREAT. Seriously. Walking around in this thing really feels like walking on a cloud, especially with the responsive cushioned soles. I bought this shoe because I was looking for some casual loafers made of EVA foam type material that I could wear in almost every scenario but still have it look good. I got this over crocs because while I liked the convenience and durability of the crocs, i wanted something more stylish. The all day loafer is supposed to be that, however the form factor doesn't match that of a penny driver / loafer. I can forgive the massive soles, but for me the tip/head of the shoe where the toes are is too rounded/wide. Combined with the large soles, it just ends up looking like regular black tennis shoes. If the tip came to more of a point like traditional penny drivers do, I'd give this shoe a 5/5
