I had such high hopes for this particular style. I have 3 of the regular 40oz Stanley's and I love them. With this one, my ice is completely gone (and I filled it 3/4 of the way with ice) within 2 hrs. Such a disappointment. Never again would I buy this one.

Way to heavy gave it away it felt awkward carrying it.

My daughter finally talked me in to buying all of us new Stanley's as I have bought her several for gifts through out the years. My baby nor I had one so this was our first. My baby's is perfect she loves it but my straw on mine is so hard to open I have to leave open which is the point I never got a Stanley because of the open straw, very disappointing when paying so much for a cup! Then my teenager barely dropped her green one and the color chipped seemed not durable for sure. I don't think I will ever buy any more from you all!

Showed up scratched. Not a durable product at all. Could have gotten a knockoff for this quality.

These leak.. they I received the 30oz cup with straw and I definitely would recommend the brumate or hudrojug if your looking for a no leaking cup with a straw they are so much better

Very disappointed, the cup is nice and I paid extra for engraving. I put ice and water at 5am on my way to work by 3pm the ice was melted and the water room temperature. I bought the cup because my sister has several and she loves them. I am disappointed with the brand

It was so bad that I tested mine to see if it was fire proof then the whole entire bottle just caught on fire.

Oh yeah my Stanley was so cool until it burnt in my house so ya

my stanley got completely ruined in the dishwasher even tho it says dishwasher safe.

I love my Stanley however I do not love how quickly it became marked up. Within a week and never being dropped it had black markings around the bottom and where it widens up.

I gave it as a gift the person open it and he does not stand right because it is ding at the bottom of the bottom

I didn't click on the white cup, I clicked on light gray with dark grey lid on for this I'm not happy plus the material is not satisfying .

I don't want to be drinking lead and evidently I am.

When are y'all restocking the Camelia flip straw Stanley? Why does Canada have the option to buy it but not the US?

Tried several times to submit a claim as this one is colder on the outside than the inside. I have several Stanleys and love those but this exact one with the design sad to say very disappointed

This cup isnt worth the money. I put hot water in it to take to a show and in 30 minutes it was cold. It does not hold ice like advertised, within and hour of filling it full of ice it is all gone and the water is just chilled.

It's a beautiful tumbler, but the quality is terrible. Within 2 weeks of getting it, there are multiple metal fragments loose inside the tumbler, so there is clearly a product failure. And with the high cost of this brand in and of their products, this shouldn't happen. Stanley should have a better product than that.

It doesn't hold ice and it sweats. This was a Christmas gift. I have the original Stanley and it's great.

I got the ice flow flip 30oz for Christmas and it doesn't even stay cold for 6 hours. The ice melts and the water is room temperature. Very disappointing!!!

My cup shipped with blemishes apart from that I love it if it wants for it arrived in bad shape they would get 5 stars

My daughter dropped it literally one foot off the ground when it rolled out the van door, and the lid is ruined with so many scratches.

The cup handle was very loose and then the cup straw was really hard to push up and down I love these cups but this one was really off quality from my other ones

I did not get what I ordered. I got a 3 position straw lid. Not the flip top tumbler I ordered . The color is right, but that's all.

it has the most AWFUL plastic taste when i use it and no matter how much i wash it , it doesnt help. I now just leave it at home because I cant lose that plastic taste.....

The paint chipped off and I've emailed them numerous times and no one will get back to me.
