Didn't even get it after WEEKS, still don't have it even after reaching out to them. I ordered in mid November. It's Dec.14. Why do I even have this?

The worst water bottle doesn't keep up the hype bought it in April of this year and in less of a year it's starting to scratch down, and tear apart the paint. It is supposed to be dishwasher safe and it is not. The bottle keeps cold drinks but the paint material quality of the bottle isn't the best because it doesn't resist, washes. If you want to buy a good quality bottle by yeti it last much longer and keeps cold drinks.

The paint chipped within 5 minutes of opening the box. Also it will not stand up straight because the broom of the cup is semi round.

So disappointed in the quality of this cup. The paint started chipping after one wash. The cup also leaks through the spout even when closed.

Don't buy ! The bottom circle comes off the bottom ! Only had for a couple months . Not worth it at all !

I take very good care of my cup, but the powder coating has become very faded and discolored. We have 3, 2 of which have done this. It's very frustrating with all of the money we have paid for them. Highly disappointed. I wouldn't buy another.

The straw is too short and too wide. I don't like that it can only be used with the straw. The cup is too heavy

Extremely poor screen printing for patterns. I ordered the lapis swirl and it looks awful Very grainy apperance and they did not adjust the print for the smaller VS bigger parts of the cup, so it looks very off in places. Extremely disappointed given the price. Lid is also very difficult to clean properly. Should be easier to disassemble the straw mouthpiece for a deeper clean.

The monogram is wrong it is suppose to be RMW. Glad I saw it before my grandson saw it!

This is our second stanley. The first is perfect. This one doesn't keep ice and sweat's constantly. Very disappointing. Any chance we can exchange?

Worst cup ever! Ice melts after 30 minutes! So not worth it

I have 2 of these water bottles and I wish I had 0. Yes, they keep the water cold, and they fit in a cup holder. But the water spills everywhere! The bottle has to be perfectly upright and closed. Don't think about tossing it in a gym or lunch bag. It will spill all over. Not worth the money at all.

The logo is not even close to centre on mine. Very disappointed.

Mine does not keep ice for more than 4-6 hours under normal room temperature conditions (always around 70 degrees Fahrenheit) So disappointing!!!

I have been a hydro user for a while now but I liked how the stanley's can go in the cup holders and so i wanted to give it a try but I am disappointed with the outcome. First the cup gets wet from the outside when you put cold ice inside of it. For me the ice melted in less than 5 hours when my hyrdo would go a whole day with the ice still there. It's a cute cup but compared to the hydro it's not up there.

A full 30oz leaked all in my purse while the lid was on correctly and tightly. NOT leakproof!

Heavy and awkward. Hard to lift out of cup holder when driving. Color is hideous.

It leaks :( I love the handle and the size. And the rose gold color is so pretty, but it leaks.

Stripe already messed up after first wash. Really the first wash!! I own 10 Stanley's that have been well loved with different colors and patterns that have all held up. I am extremely disappointed with this one and am scared to wash it.

I don't like the straw, it is to thick, I haven been using do to this.

Two shipped together without any protective material. They arrived scraped and with painted transferred from each other. Stanley usually does such a great job with packaging. I was so disappointed. Order one as a single a day later and it came with so much protective material. Very odd.
